The hardwood floor and bottom of the cabinet is ruined. While finding this problem, I also found rust on the bottom of the rack. Who do I need to speak with about this problem?

DISHWASHER HOLDING WATER IN BOTTOM
Holding water There is water in the bottom of the machine after the cycle is done. There is definitely draining going on throughout the cycle, but it's not draining completely at the end -and the water that is left is murky. Spoke to a friend who tells me it sounds like the dump valve, but in checking on line, that doesn't seem to be a part that even exists any more. Do I need to buy a new dishwasher? This was not in the budget this year... Thanks for any advice! Nancy

My bosh dishwasher SHX55M06UC/46 will not drain. A new disposal was put in and the dishwasher drain plug was not punched out and the dishwasher was ran that way. Now it just holds water in the bottom. I've tried resetting or canceling the wash cycle but that doesn't work and the washing cycle works fine. I'm hoping there is a reset or a safety for the pump if it gets clogged.
Kitchen Aid dishwasher Model# KUDP01FLSS. 2 problems #1 Won't run unless you press in on the door and hold it for a few minutes then it runs through cycle normally. Problem #2 It won't drain water out at the end of the cycle when I open the door there is water laying in the bottom of the tub. I have checked the drain hose for clogging and it appears normal. My Kenmore Elite dishwasher (model 665.17462300) is not spraying the water from the basin in the bottom up through the rest of the dishwasher. The basin fills with water, then just makes a humming noise and appears to splash a little of the water around the very bottom of the dishwasher. When we cancel the cycle, it does drain out the water from the basin. I cleaned all the gunk and debris out of the basin in the bottom, but it didn't make any difference.
Hi, I have a Kenmore 15879 that is basically working except the bottom water spinner...lol (don't know technical name). The dishwasher pumps the water into the bottom of the dishwasher, will heat the water, but not disperse the water in the spinning sprinkler manner it's suposed to. I've opened the dishwasher in time to see that water is spurting out of the holes about 2" high, but it's just not spinning. The water also drains just fine after the whole cycle.
This is caused by the impeller being clogged or the pump is failing, When the pump is woring properly the water will shoot out with force. ... Kenmore 15879 Built-in Dishwasher
