\015 Washer off. water builds up in the bottom of the dishwasher and overflows onto the floor when door is opened\015

Answers :

It sounds like your water inlet valve is defective. The part is under $50.00 usually and is fairly easy to replace. It is located under your machine where the water hooks up. It has an electrical plug attached to it. It is usually blue with a metal bracket attached to it.

If you need more help, post another question with the model and serial number of your machine so we know exactly what unit you have.

Good Luck!

The disk washer doesn't drain at the end of the rinse cycle. There is a humming sound but no water is forced through the hose to the sink/garbabe disposal. At the end of the wash, there is a large amount of dirty water in the bottom of the washer. I removed the spray arms, the spray arm holder and the screen and then removed the water, and found a couple of pieces of plastic. But I don't see how I can remove additional parts from the washer bottom. What could the problem be? Is there a fi

I have a McCulloch FH160B power washer and it no longer builds up pressure. I haven't used this very much at all. I tore it apart and cleaned everything I could find. When i pull the trigger for the spray nozzle, I get line water pressure. When I release the trigger, the power washer sounds like it starts to build up pressure. When this was working correctly, the pump would shut off when the trigger was released. Any suggestions?

Hi I have a Nemo Dishwasher and the top spray arm is not turning. The bottom one is going fine and there is certainly plenty of water getting into the washer as I opened the door with the washer going and it flood me. After wash cycles are completed there is about 1/2 gallon of water remaining in the bottom of the washer. I checked the drain that exits into a disposal and that is clear. All around the bottom of the washer base is clean and I can find no obstruction. Nothing in the owners manual gives me a clue as what else to do. I don't want to start taking things apart unless I have to.

We just purchased a used Fisher and Paykel DS 603-i. After installing and running the normal cycle there was a lot of water left on the bottom of each drawer. We ran the bottom drawer (water stil siiting on the bottom of the top drawer) and part way through the main wash cycle we got what I think was a F1 error code (we do not have the LCD version but the Rinse light was activated). My Dishlex global 300's rinse light is flashing after 5 mins use. About 2 inches of water stays at the bottom of the washer. Bought this second hand and it has not been used for a few months. Do I need to fill the reservoir under the washer or lean it at 45 degrees to dislodge anything in the sump. If you have had the problem of the washer starting its program and then stopping after 5 minutes and the rinse light flashing I would appreciate your advice. Cheers Hyph

We have had an LG 7810 dishwasher since 2007. There is a film always left in the bottom of the dishwasher (large area, covers most of the bottom, not just near the drain) and a moldy sludge that builds at the bottom where the door seals. We can clean it out manually, but I don't think you should have to wash the inside of your dishwasher.

My Asko D1976 dishwasher is not cleaning dishes properly. There is a lot of clumped detergent left in the dispenser after wash cycles are complete, and many of the dishes have dried-on food left on them. I rinse dishes before loading them into the washer, I have made sure the jets and washer arms are clean, and made sure the food trap at the bottom of the washer is empty, yet the problem persists. I think it has to do with the detergent not dissolving and dispensing. Is there some reason the

My Professional series dishwasher does not work properly. It is only 1.5 years old and glasses on top rack get sprayed with fine layer of particles every time I use it. Other items, top and bottom, are often not clean as well, but glasses are the hardest to re-clean.
