Hi

\015\012Some leaking around-under-from the door on dishwashers can be traced back to a split in the spray arm. If the lower spray arm develops a split in it, the spray arm can turn too fast, and shoot water directly at things that it is not suppose to spray water at....sprays water at the door vents or edges and can create water leaks.

We recently bought a house with a Kenmore 363.16222100 (?) dishwasher. No manual. Monday night it didn't drain properly and leaked some water on the kitchen floor. The cycle had finished when we saw the water on the floor. We bailed out the excess water. I took off the drain cover and insert. I couldn't see an obvious clog problem, but cleaned it out. Then I tried a short cycle, interrupting it to shorten it. No problem. Water seemed to drain fine. I did find a part that looked like a straw and

Our KitchenAid KUDS011JBS1 dishwasher sometimes leaks water on our kitchen floor. It seems to drip from the bottom edge of the door onto the floor. It's not a huge amount of water, but is enough to be a concern... it leaves a small puddle on the floor. What should I check and how do I fix this? I'm hoping it's an inexpensive and easy fix. Note that we've had this dishwasher for 8 years and have only noticed leaking during the past 6 months.

I've had a Miele G892 SCU PLUS dishwasher for a long time. Today a problem started that results in a flooded floor. Water keeps flowing into the dishwasher - even when the unit is turned off. It seeps in very slowly, but within15 minutes there is enough to overflow & flood the floor. My guess is that there must be some kind of sensor that isn't working, or the coresponding mechanical switch that shuts off the water is worn or slightly stuck open a bit? Champion dishwasher we have a champion freestanding dishwasher at my church. after the cycle is completed, the pressure guage behind the washer still shows 25-30 and it contnues to spray water. not forced by the motor, but more like a stuck open fill valve. if i turn off the water and run it, then turn the water back on, the valve is closed and does not let water freely in. butif i run it with the water on, it will continue to spray in freely after the cycle light goes out and you open the door.

If you turn the unit off from the circuit breaker will the water still run?if so the guts inside the solenoid valve are worn.you can call champion and get a kit to replace the worn parts and its not difficult to do.hope this helps. ... Dishwashers

I have an Electrolux ESI 6104x. Regularly just after starting the dishwasher as it starts to fill for the first time the water inlet cuts out. If you turn the water off at the mains disconnect the inlet pipe (spilling a bit of water in the process) reconnect the inlet pipe and turn the water back on the dishwasher fills and runs perfectly. This fault used to happen occasionally and now happens regularly.

Disconnect the fill pipe from the back of the machine and you should see a small mesh strainer in side the dishwashers inlet valve. Check that this is not dirty - to clean it pull out the strainer and rinse under the tap. ... Dishwashers
