I used the "rinse only" cycle on the dishwasher a little while ago. I've never used this cycle before. After dinner I tried to start the dishwasher, but no other buttons on the panel respond except the last one I used, which is the rinse only cycle. I push and push, I tried pushing and holding, nothing works, I get no lights no anything. I've been using the "light wash" cycle for a long time and I normally just push the start button and the last cycle used starts automatically, so I wasn't a

We have a Bosch dishwasher model SHV46C03UC (4-5 years old). has always run well. It now appears to be stuck on last cycle (humms). When I went to unload the dishwasher, water had not drained out of last cycle. I turned it off and on, then ran it again - same thing happened. I checked filter in bottom of dishwasher and it was clean. Any ideas?

We have a Bosch SHE44C02UC/46 that suddenly won't start. I pushed the on/off button to start the dishes cleaning on the 'Power Scrub Plus' cycle and the display lights up with a 125 min. indication for the cleaning time, but the dishwasher never starts. It just sits there completely silent and never begins the cleaning. The dishwasher has worked perfectly up to, and including, the last cleaning cycle (3 days ago) for the last 4 years. Suddenly, today, nothing. Zip. Zilch. Nada. I don't get i

I have a Bosch Dishwasher, Model SHE46C06UC. No mater what cycle I start it in, it simply activates the drain and continues to run without ever starting. Within the last week prior to the dishwasher not working, I noticed a low hum/vibration emitting from the dishwasher. I've clean out the screen and drain filter, removed the pump cover to check for any debris. I've manually added water and it does drain. Additionally, the drain cycle continues to operate even with the door open.

First thing you may want to check is the door switch. You can pull it off and measure the resistance with an ohmmeter. If you get good reading while pushed in and none while switch button is released, then it is a good start. Next, you may want ... Dishwashers

I have a 1999 bosch SHU 4300 dishwasher given to me. It worked great for about two weeks. Now it takes for ever *3-4 hours* to complete a cycle (if it does). I have opened the door to see it filled with sudsy soap after this long. I have checked the hoses and they are not kinked. Once the cycle of cleaning is over, If I reset it manually, it will rinse the dishes and empty just fine. But I have to manually get the dishwasher to advance to the rinse and dry cycle every time now.

I have a Bosch "Classic Electronic" dishwasher that has been in use for only 18 months. If it helps - SGU53E05AU/30 is marked on top of the door.. my problem is that on the last cycle, the water won't drain so I am left with lovely clean dishes but there is water up to the drawer line present and it won't drain until the next wash. I have cleaned all the filters and ensured the pipes are not obstructed. It is odd that it only does it on the last cycle. Could it be the microchip?

First we had drain issue with Bosch Integra® 500 SHX55M05UC Built-in Dishwasher ECO cycle. It stopped after a while. I thought it may be because last cycle might not be finished well. When we ran again ECO cycle with no drain issues but cycle did not finished as it used to be. I am sure because cycle countdown were not zero and because infra red light was off which is sing of complete cycle.

Since then the white residue has deminished, but now the dishes are not clean when I run the dishwasher. I notice the white residue mostly on the silverware w

I have a kitchenaid dishwasher model kuds24se with a problem. I MUST hit cancel before I hit start. Note that it doesn't matter how long it's been since the last cycle. It could be a few minutes or a day or more. I have to hit start to get a complete wash cycle. If I don't hit cancel, the washer goes through some sort of cycle and stops. It seems like a normal cycle but of course it is not because I don't hear any water and, upon completion, when I open the door there is heat but the soap dispen

Just got a new Bosch dishwasher (forget which model). After the dishwashing cycle has ended (even long after), the dishwasher and dishes are still wet. Was this an installation problem? Thanks

Hi -\015\012\015\012I can't see how any installation problem would cause this - if the dishes are still wet at the end of the cycle, you'll probably find the water isn't heating during the wash cycle. I have a Bosch SHU43 dishwasher, about 6 years old. After starting a cycle, it will run for a while, perhaps 1/2 to 2/3 of the way through the cycle, then shut off. After 10-20 minutes it will start up again, run for a few minutes, then shut off again. It ends up taking about 12 hours for a cycle to finish. The problem started off somewhat intermittent and has gotten worse over the last few weeks. I've checked the electrical box in the front right bottom, and the connection is good. I've even
