Use super glue to glue in place in spots cut away seal near the weld seams, then make sure the door closes ok then get 5 minute epoxy and glue the seal on where it comes off, it's a permanent fix for a old machine but it will work. so go ahead and replace the seal.

I don't have a model number right now, but the front door on my Admiral dishwasher is leaking at the bottom. I have changed the gasket inside the door panel at the bottom but it still leaks. This is a rental property and the renters did a job on this dishwasher. I was wondering if they may have pulled another lower gasket off that I didn't know existed. Something like a windshield wiper. The seal I changed was a foam strip 3 x 22 approx. Thanks for your time, Joan

It was not in use while I was away so I don't get how come it is not working now .It does start up but its like the pump is just not kicking in. Ihear water running but the blades dont move and nothing seems to get washed, any ideas. Or is a new expensive pump my only option? My Husband seems to think a seal might have gone. My dishwasher is leaking from underneath, front left as you look at it. If i go underneath it, there appears to be a seal on the outside (it does not appear to be the one that runs along the bottom of the inside of the dishwasher) that has come away at one point. Do you know a) how to get the front panel off (the bit that makes it look built in),b) how can i get another one of these seals. I assume if i get one we can just fit it into place. Many thanks, Robyn J
