Hello. Let me assist you. There are only two reasons for your problem - if you can isolate your problem based upon these descriptors you will know which part to replace:
\015\012
\015\012\015\012\015\012\015\012\015\012\015\012Water-heating cycle\015\012\015\012Many dishwashers heat the wash and/or rinse water to a higher temperature, as the cycle calls for it. In these cycles, the dishwasher pauses after it has filled with water, waiting for the water to reach the pre-set temperature. What happens next, depends, as follows:

\015\012
    \015\012
  • On some units, the pause is timed and the unit continues after the allotted time.

    \015\012
  • On others, the cycle can't continue until the water reaches the higher temperature. If you have this type of dishwasher and the water isn't being heated (say, because of a problem with the heating element or thermostat), after the unit stops at the heating cycle, it never continues. When you repair the heating-system problem, the "cycle problem" is fixed too.

\015\012\015\012\015\012\015\012\015\012Timer\015\012\015\012Timers don't often fail. But if every other part of the dishwasher seems to be working properly and the timer knob seems to be stuck in one place--doing one function continuously--the timer may be at fault. Dishwasher timers can't be repaired. If yours is defective, replace it.

My Bosh Model# SHE4AM02UC/01 Is not cycling. Started with the soap dispenser not opening, progressed to the drain pump not staying on. When you turn it on, the pump runs for 2 seconds. water solenoid opens for another two seconds, and then the "clean" light comes on. If I go to quick wash, or to pot scrubber it might do a regular cycle. I did pull the pump to remove a piece of glass before this all started, but can't imagine that would be the cause.

Whirlpool dishwasher part #3385181. Machine had gone thru wash cycle and was starting to dry. Smelled electrical burning smell, opened washer door and washer was filled with smoke. Turned everything off, cleared smoke, and the washer water dispenser is very hard to turn. Washer has symptoms of burnt up motor that turns water dispenser. Machine is 12 years old. With cost of replacement motor and possible part (pump?) that might have clogged and caused motor freeze up, is it worth fixing or junk

After filling the unit it reaches a tank temp. of approx. 160 F, but when it is run through a couple cycles the temp. falls below 140 F, the min. wash temp is 150 F. The supply from the hot water tank is approx. 140 F. The rinse cycle reaches well above the 180 F min. Is there anyway to adjust the tank temp. on this model or could you suggest a solution to the problem. Thank-you John Fry

Washes for 5 seconds then stops, then starts again intermittently First the heating element started to turn on during the cycle. I never used it before. I changed the setting to unselect Hi Temp Wash but don't remember if it was selected before. The next day the dishwasher filled as usual, washing started for about 4 seconds, then stopped for aroud 10 seconds. The start/stop cycle repeated about 4 times, then all lights went off and nothing more happened.

Kenmore Tumble Action Washer, Model 417,44152400 LEAK! Leaky Door got progressively worse over a month. I replaced the boot and about 10 minutes into the first test wash there was a massive leak under the soap dispenser and down the hinge side of the door during a fill cycle that seemed to be going through the dispenser. This happened again during another fill through the dispenser. No leaks during subsequent fill through the boot hose, before the spin cycle and no leaks around the door

Kenmore Dishwasher model 665.1675592 doesn't seem to wash as well as it used to. Seems to have a low water level. Filler valve works, allows water in, but never seems to fill enough. No spray reaches top shelf, I think due to insufficient water level. It's like the timer doesn't stay on long enough for it to fill. Also cycle time seems WAY up, but if the timer is slow, how does it time out filling so fast? Looks like it would be slow all the time. Suggestions?
