Having problems with your Dishwashers ?

I have used my Bosch Dishwasher; [SGS6302 GB/07] [FD 7866 680062] for many years, with faultless performance. Last week, after loading it with Dinner plates, etc. I turned it ON and it declined to start, merely presenting me with an "F" on the display screen. Could find no solution in the (useless) instruction manual. So I guessed that "F" means;- a) Filter (blocked)? b) Fault condition. I've cleaned the filters, checked the power supply, water supply and drain hoses, but nothing seems to

Hello John,
\015\012
\015\012The "F" error in the display for Bosch dishwasher`s simply indicates, and I quote from my bosch service error code book, "water level or filling error, under fill, overfill or water in base".
\015\012
\015\012You`ve already stated you investigated for leakage or obvious sign`s of part failure`s. Was there any sign of water in the base ? As I said the error code is simple enough, but there are in reality many thing`s which could initiate this error. Did the sink back-up into the unit ? Is the flo-switch in the heater housing stuck ? Is the wash motor leaking between the pump housing and motor ? These are thing`s you can confirm or dismiss as you go along with some guidance. I can also provide you with a diagnostic to enter that may provide more insight to the "cause" instead of trying to eliminate possibilities based on "effect`s".
\015\012
\015\012Let me know if you haven`t succeeded in your own process of diagnosis when you receive my reply and I`ll look for your reply. To answer your initial question though, that`s what the "F" means on Bosch/Gaggenau/Thermador/Siemens dishwasher`s.
\015\012
\015\012Also FYI...**Even after finding the cause of the fault, once the unit is started to another cycle the "F" error message will remain until 15 minutes into the cycle (or by running a diagnostic).**

Hi, I have a whirlpool ADG 7340 dishwasher and it's failing to run a full cycle (it just starts beeping constantly about half way through). The light is flashing 4 times so I guess that means it's fault number 4 but I have no idea what fault 4 means & how it would need to be fixed.

I've a Kenmore - Whirlpool dishwasher purchased in 7/2002(665.17574200), which seems clogged. T The ''Accumulator Assembly'' (8268429) filter is clean, and I've stripped the unit down to the plastic components. This has happened once before, and the repair person cleaned some kind of secondary filter, but I can't locate that filter on the parts diagram. I'm guessing it's below the ''Protector inlet'' (8268390). Either I buy a new dishwasher, which seems a waste, or I find out how to clear the

Dishwasher Fault Hi, My dishwasher is a Diplomat ADP8322 (which i think is a rebadged whirlpool unit) & has been playing up recently. When you start a cycle it is fine for a minute or so then it starts beeping, the rinse light comes on & the light next to the start button flashes 11 times, pauses then repeats. I have read online that this flashing relates to what the fault is, but i cannot find out what fault the 11 flashes relate to. The first time this happened i cleaned out all of the filters

We have a Sears Ultra Wash III dishwasher, model 665.1677993, bought in October, 1995. It is not filling with enough water to get the dishes clean. I took the water valve out and looked at it and it seems okay. It doesn't look like the valve is opening all the way - just my guess. A small stream of water comes out with good pressure, but it is a small stream. I can't find any screens or filters in the water line coming in. The fill cycle lasts only about a minute. Is that adequate? Steve

My TDK795 (not 3, 13yrs old!) starts beeping constantly at the start of any cycle or in the middle (I guess before the rinse) then stops without finishing. There is no water left at that point, so I guess there are no water blockages or any other visible faults. I wonder if it is an electronic fault?

I have a Miele G892 SC dishwasher. When I start the cycle, it drains (except for a bit of water left below the triple filter). After that, the intake valve opens and water enters. I cleaned the filter housing. Also the filter was soaked with oil. should i get a new filter and install it or what is the solution. need help.

Not getting enough water flow into the dishwasher, suspect that a filter is clogged due to recent work on the waterline in the kitchen sink. Need to know where the filter might be located (on the dishwasher or on the intake valve before the connection to the dishwasher hose)? Also would I need to disconnect the water supply to pull out the dishwasher for access to such a filter.
