Having problems with your Dishwashers ?

The door is always wet on the inside. I use the heated drying cycle. Glasses don't always come clean, are spotted, and the silverware is still wet. We have a water softner so that is not causing the spotting.

I was told it was the vent were the steam comes out and I had that replaced. It still leaks, then they told me to replace the rubber around the door, still leaks now they order a whole new plastic interior door. Please if you have any ideas what could be causing the problem, please let me know. Thank you

Glasses int he top rack of my kitchenaid dishwasher don;t get clean. they finish the run spotted and covered in what looks like baked on dirty dishwater. dishes in the lower rack look ok, but the silverware is always dirty, too. i figure it's one of two things - either the top sprayer isn't working, or the machines doesn't drain the dirty water well enough. or maybe it's something else - cycle regulator? the machine is about 4 years old. thanks

I bought a used GE Triton XL d/w with no manual. It worked great but now it is not cleaning anything, when the cycle is over the soap cup is open but half of the soap is still inside of the cup. I opened the d/w during a cycle and the dishes are wet top and bottom racks so I know it's getting water but the dishes are still filthy. Why is the soap not working? It's like water is spraying everywhere but the door where the cup is!

GE GHDA485N 10CS Dishwasher that has standing water in the bottom after the cycle completes. I pulled it out and reconnected power and ran a rinse cycle. I could see that water was pumping out the clear drain pipe but there was still about an inch of standing water in the bottom. Any thoughts as to what part has failed. Does the system use a water level switch or a timed drain cycle to determine when the water has pumped out. If it is a timed cycle could a slow drain cause the problem. Thank you

My Frididaire Dishwasher Model FDB1250REC1 is discolored inside. Its a browninsh color and it has gotten on my Corningware dishes and stained some of them. I can get most of the color off the dishes if I scrub hard. I have run cleaners for the dishwasher thru and cleaned it temporarly. Hi ..I have an Excell gas pressure washer model no. Exwgv2121-3 with Faip 2100 psi 2 gpm vertical shaft pump..the problem is that there is water leaking from every weep hole at the bottom of the pump when running. Oddly enough, the pump still puts out significant pressure but less than it should due to the leaking water. What is the most likely cause of this?..is it the high pressure water seal(s)? If so,how do I repair it?

I have a washer model 1805 (1800 PSI). Everything works but there is always leaking of water (sprays) when I use it. The leak is not from where the water hose connects to the washer, but where the black piece attached to the hose is connected to the body of the washer. I can still do a decent job of power washing, but am wondering if the leaking of water is reducing the power of the washer.

Yes, leaking water will reduce the pressure. Sounds like you need to replace the O-Ring inside the connections on the pump. This is where the pressure hose connects to the pump. If you look carefully inside that connection you will see an O-Ring. Use ... Campbell Hausfeld PW1805 1800 PSI 15 GPM Pressure Washer

What could be causing white powdery residue on dishes, glasses & silverware? I have checked the heater element - seems to be hot, using Cascade powder as usual, we have and have had hard water, we do have a new water heater set on 'low' setting - temp of water measured at 113 deg at kit tap. This washer has worked well for 12 years, then white powdery residue. Thanks, Phil

I have a GE dishwasher model GLDL560N10SS. I noticed a burning smell coming from it the other day and then realized that although I can hear water running into the dishwasher when I start it, it never actually runs in the sense that the water is pushed through the various outlets to wash the dishes. I'm assuming that it is because the unit is dry and the heating element is still coming on that it is causing a burning smell. If I open the unit and reset it, it pumps the water back out into the si
