Having problems with your Dishwashers ?
Water is not draining from bottom! , Sometimes it wont introduce water during the wash sequence....all valves are opened!
Most likly you need to replace the impeller at the bottom, usually an easy fix on most dishwashers, two too four screws, remove the impeller (it has alot of fins) if these are worn or some are broken this is your problem. order from appl. parts store or sears. If the water isn't being pumped out the float valve won't allow new water in because it would oveflow.

Dishlex Global 310 model. My dishwasher has water sitting on the bottom of it and it wont drain. I noticed it after I did a cycle of dirty dishes and the 'fast' light was flashing when I went to open it. Which shouldnt have been because it was on a normal wash. The water has been sitting at the bottom for 2 days now and still wont drain! I've taken out all the parts on the bottom which come out and cleaned them. Still no change however.

Whirlpool Quiet Wash Plus dishwasher Model DU920PFGZ3. Worked fine until I replaced the insinkerator and forgot to punch the drain plug leaving water standing on the bottom of the machine. I punched the drain opening, and pushed the cancel/drain cycle button. It drained fine but since no water comes from the spray arms. I have removed the arm all the way down..NOTHING!! Some research indicated it could be the water inlet valve. When the buttons are pushed, it cycles but no spray or water.
Water is remaining in the bottom of the washing units. I tried cleaning out the tubes with a snake via the garbage disposal. I clean the bottom of the washing unit but I think the valve is not opening to drain the water. Where can a get a repairman to look at this right away. I'm in Needham, Massachusetts. 781 223 6035. Item: Whirlpool Ultra Dishwasher Age: 3 yrs Problem: Not enough water to effectively wash the dishes. State: When the dishwasher is started, the fill valve opens as normal. Only about 1/2 the amount of water is let in when the pump turns on and the washing cycle begins. Opening the door shows that the water level does not reach the bottom of the float. When I close the door, the wash cycle begins again but stops after a few seconds. This is when the water begins to fill again. This time, the wat

Hello, I had a problem with my Bosch dishwasher not washing properly. I have fixed burnt out wires, replaced the water inlet valve, AND tested with a new control module. Nothing is helping. When I start the cycle, it completes the initial drain and water does flow into the unit for about a minute, maybe a minute and a half. I can hear the clicking of cycle changes but it is not washing. Eventually it will drain the inch or so of water in the bottom, but it never washes. Any help???

I have the Siemens SL84A305UC Dishwasher. All of a sudden it stopped cleaning dishes, but everything sounds normal and it fills and drains water, and sounds like it is completing the cycle. In the past when I opened the door while it was actively washing the water would spray out aggressively. Now, when I opened it while it was supposed to be washing I see just a small amount of water coming from the bottom wash blade, and not even enough to turn the blade very far. I have a DU8000XX6 series Kenmore dishwasher that won't drain the water properly. There is about a half inch of water in the tub and the float is raised (not sitting on tub bottom). When I lift up the float a little more I can hear the float switch make. I would assume that when the water is high enough the float switch makes and energizes a solenoid valve in the drain to drain the water, but shouldn't it stay open until all the water drains? My Frigidaire Dishwasher FDB1050RES2 gets stuck in a rinse cycle. The light on the front will be lit "clean" but the bottom of the washer is full of water. Opening the door does not turn off the "clean" light. For me to get it to run, I have to unplug it, plug it back in, push the start button until the ?washing? light comes on. Kenmore dishwasher type 573-D, model 665.16034402. Items on top rack don't get washed. Items on bottom rack are washed fine. Appears top sprayer and maybe middle sprayer aren't getting water. At rear of washer, top rubber flapper valve (which feeds middle sprayer when top rack is in raised position) is stuck open, bottom flapper valve looks OK. We use top rack in raised position so this doesn't seem to be the problem.

Inglis MOD#IPU58460 Dishes not cleaned properly...thought that enough water was not being filled into tub because more water added manually and washes great! Kenmore dishwasher My Kenmore dishwasher model 630.16302401 is not successfully completing wash cycle. When I hit "normal" and turn it on, water enters the d/w, and the sprayers (both top and bottom), spray water. Approx. 10 mins. later, the water is drained. At that point, it appears that water never again enters the d/w to complete the wash cycle. In fact, the soap in the dispenser does get released, and the door opens. My GE Nautilus DW doesn't fully drain. When it is drained as much as it will it leaves water in the sump at the rear right. If you run the pump at that point, it sucks water out of the sump, but when you open the door and the pump stops water flows back into it. It seems like there is a check valve that isn't working. I have cleaned the sump and the screen which runs accross the rear. I also have taken the plunger out and cleaned it. Then I took the housing for the plugner off the bottom. I don'
