Broken fitting The plastic curved piece that attaches the hose to the white fitting on the back of the dishwasher broke, and I need a replacement.  I have been to Home Depot and they don't have anything to fit it, and I was told to go back to the manufacturer for a replacement piece but have looked online and can't find anything that would allow me to order the part.  Help!??

You don't have to change that piece, just tie the hose (drain hose ) to something that is equal height, this prevents siphoning. Please Rate This ! ... Danby 22 in. DDW396 Free-standing Dishwasher

Ok, after a year, I've figured out the problem. I changed a bunch of parts, but never until now figured out that what it is doing is, water is running out the hole behind the door, where the overflow dripguard sits, if the front three panels are on. when those panels are on, water, just before position 6, pours down that plastic dripguard piece, into the big tray. eventually the tray overflows. when you take off the panels, then water just pours onto the floor. if you open the DW, the basin is t

The upper spray arm on our dishwasher has become detached from the back of the machine, and there is no obvious means of reattaching it. Are there some clips perhaps that have snapped on the part which attaches to the back wall of the d/washer (part number PP-TD20 - it's a 4 by 1 1/2 inch long rectangular shape with rounded ends) or does this piece somehow need to be taken apart (how - i can't see how i might do this?) and the transparent 2nd layer underneath get attached first? Thanks, Sarah.

A glass shattered in a thousand pieces in the dishwasher. I cleaned and vacuumed everything except the very bottom that I can't get to. I took out 8 screws, removing the round rotator piece at the bottom, but that still doesn't get me into the very bottom where I'm certain there is still glass. Question #1 - Will leaving the glass down there hurt anything? Question #2 - If yes, how do I get the rest of the part off without damaging it? I have a 10+ yr old Model DU920QWDB3 Thank y

The glass should just go down the drain from there. I doubt any piece that made it into there should damage anything as they are would have to be pretty small and as big as any food particle that could fit into there so you should be fine. If you rea ... Whirlpool Dishwashers

I bought a used 001355 asko dw. the front door panel and all under panels are naturally loose and I'm having trouble figuring out the reassembly order. And then as I was trying to install the main galvanized under panel, a short galvanized sheet metal part fell out of the door inside the unit. That's the part that now has me really stumped. Can I get a picture of the front of the unit, preferrably an exploded view? Thank you. Paul Cowden. (415) 777-9858 or (415) 302-0628.

Hi Model DU1048XTPQ4...when I started the DW today, it sounded kind of loud. I let it continue, then I smelled something burning. What I think happened is that the lower spray arm is too loose-so when it spins, it gets stuck on the heat ring on the bottom of the DW and then the plastic parts start to melt. We disassembled the spray arm and there was lots of calcium/lime build-up. So we cleaned all of that out, put it all back together, but the spray still seems too wobbly. Went ahead and start

I have a Bosch dishwasher and the upper arm that spins and dispenses water has come off. There is a bracket on the back wall with 2 protruding pieces and an open whole in the middle which seems like the water comes out of it. There are 2 metal "clips" on the side of this braket which seems like the plate part of the spining arm should be able to attach to it.. I cannot figure out how..Any helo would be apprecated..

There are two hoses coming from my Bosch SHE45M06UC dishwasher. One is obviously the drain coming from the back of the unit, and the other is attached to the side looped and not connected to anything. I went online to the Bosch website for a installation manual and it describes this hose as a air venting hose. Does the end attach anywhere or does it just hang loose on the unit. My husband detached it from its original position and thought it was part of the water line. HELP!

My KichenAid KUDS011 has functioned well until this morning. When I push any of the buttons on the keypad, nothing happens. I noticed there is still water in the bottom of the dishwasher from the last dish washing. My ariston lsv 66 dishwasher will not start washing cycle. It makes the pumping noise as it normally does at the start of the cycle and some water enters the bottom of the machine but then it stops.
