Having problems with your Dishwashers ?

Hi I have a problem with my Bosch SHU43CO6UC/22 dishwasher. using "power scrub plus" and "regular" cycles it will continue to fill and overflow the door, after the cycle has run even when the power button is off. I am using the quick wash cycle at the moment .After the cycle has run i open and check if the water has drained or not,If it has it does not continue to fill and flood. If there is water in the bottom after the cycle has finished it will keep rising untill I push the rinse hold button

The bosch dishwashers use a fill valve that is attatched to the inlet hose. yours is stuck in the open position. this usually happens when you have hard water, as the minerals build up on the sealing surface of the water valve. there is no easy fix. the fill hose will have to be replaced. It requires removing the machine, removing the bottom pan, and changing the hose connections.
\015\012
\015\012the valve uses water pressure to stay closed. if the water pressure is very low coming in, it may not be enough to close the valve. there is a filter screen between the fill hose, and where it connects to your water valve. try cleaning the filter out and see if that makes a difference. If not, you will have to get the hose changed.

Dishwasher confused Dishwasher was switched off just after cycle commenced (tablet had been released). On restarting dishwasher, it wouldn't take in water and has just been going through the motions of the cycle without anything happening. Even when the power button on the machine is switched off or the door is opened, the motor continues to run but without water. Water is definitely switched on under sink. I think the computer is confused - can you please help?

I suspect this is nothing to do with switching off during the cycle.take the bottom plate off and check if there is water leaked into the bottom pan. alternatively, if you can, tilt the machine back to 45deg and see if water runs out.most ... Dishwashers

I have a kenmore Ultra Wash Dishwasher, Model 15825691. We were recently hit by lighting. Once hit, the dishwasher started up. Since then, all cycles work, however, at the end of any cycle, the dishwasher continues to run and fill the bottom of the washer up to about two inches and then cuts off, so when we open the washer, there is approx 2 inches of water inside no matter what. I have pressed the "Cancel/Drain" button, in which drains the water after two minutes, but when that is finished, the

If I leave the power off for a day I can get the unit to reset. If not, it just fills back up with water and the pots&pans starts blinking aga

Bosch SHX46A02UC-21 Won't Fill and Drain Runs Continually. Original presentation of problem was that it wouldn't drain. Discovered that Garbage Disposal had plugged drain line. Have done the Cancel, Power Off routine however, even after that, drain pump runs continually.

Champion dishwasher we have a champion freestanding dishwasher at my church. after the cycle is completed, the pressure guage behind the washer still shows 25-30 and it contnues to spray water. not forced by the motor, but more like a stuck open fill valve. if i turn off the water and run it, then turn the water back on, the valve is closed and does not let water freely in. butif i run it with the water on, it will continue to spray in freely after the cycle light goes out and you open the door.

Dishwasher keeps running I have a Bosche dishwasher and the water keeps running. As long as we run it and don't stop it, the pump will continue to drain about every 3 minutes. The water just keeps running though. If we open it to empty the dishes, the cycle will stop. But the water keeps running, filling the tub, and then overflows, flooding the kitchen and drains through our wood floors to the basement below. Our ASKO seems to have a similar problem. I have a bosch SHE58C dishwasher. The cycles all work, it fills so the water line is ok, it washes, and it drains so it is not clogged. I cleaned out the sump and it is all clear. I have a Kenmore dishwasher model #17519200. I loaded it last night as usual and closed the door. I pressed the wash cycle I wanted and pressed the start button. I heard it starting to fill with water as usual. After it filled with water it should have gone into the wash cycle mode but it just started making a buzzing noise for about a minute or two then just stopped. I pressed cancel to drain it and it drains fine. I have kept trying to re-run it but it just does the same thing I described.

It's gone a step further and now sounds like it fills (continuously) however it soon drains without any water entering the dishwashing compartment (this remains dry). I believe this issue was caused by running it through a cycle without the water mains turned on. Any ideas?
