Dishwasher keeps running I have a Bosche dishwasher and the water keeps running. As long as we run it and don't stop it, the pump will continue to drain about every 3 minutes. The water just keeps running though. If we open it to empty the dishes, the cycle will stop. But the water keeps running, filling the tub, and then overflows, flooding the kitchen and drains through our wood floors to the basement below. Our ASKO seems to have a similar problem. I started the dishwasher, and the water ke

Dishwasher flooding Hi my Asko D1716 Super Cleaning System Dishwasher has started to have a flooding problem. When the cycle finished last night it seemed fine then in the morning the machine was full of water, I scooped out the water and by this evening the machine had flooded onto the kitchen floor. I tried other solutions I found on this website but they didn't suit my dishwasher as it doesn't have the appropriate buttons. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

I have an Asko DW1875 dishwasher (10yrs old) which has just recently started having problems. The initial symptom was that during a washing cycle, unit showed '1' and inside became very hot (melting some plastic cups/plates in unit). On further investigation (with diagnostic mode), the dishwasher is filling and draining with no problem. When circulation pump runs there is barely any water pressure in blades (just dribbles out) and water leaks into undertray via a plastic white tab near front (v

I program it, the icon for the cycle I have chosen lights up in red, I press start, that lights up in red, the water runs in for about 30 seconds and then nothing more happens. This happens on every wash cycle that I attempt to use. It does not appear to be on time delay as that icon does not light up. I have an asko D3450 dishwasher. Washer makes buzzing/humming noise at start of cycle and then randomly through cycle. I checked the sump and pump appears to be clean and impeller spins freely. The cycle seems to work ok. Water is pumping out ok. If you open the door to stop the cycle, the buzzing will continue for a few minutes then stop. If the cycle is restart, the buzzing starts again. The vibrations seem to originate from under the lower spin arm.

If I click it forward manually it starts to fill and then before overfilling goes into pump out without washing then just repeats this.
