Cycle begins and we can hear water filling up, but the arm doesn't spin, and water isn't being "sprayed" around the washer. We can hear the dishwasher "clicking" throughout the cycle, but nothing else is happening, and about 10 minutes through the cycle water just comes pouring out the bottom of the door. There is a bit of a burning smell as well.

Bosch SHX46A (6 years old) Selected regular cycle, pressed On and closed door. Cycle did not start normally. Pump runs, but no water is coming into the DW. I confirmed the water supply line is turned on. I opened door, turned off On/Off switch, then poured water into drain. Then turned On/Off switch on. DW began pumping water OUT of the DW. Also, it doesn't matter if the door is open or closed - if you turn the DW on, the pump will run. I suspect a problem with the electrical controls, or perha

We have a Fagor FI-48BA dishwasher in our child care centre. When in washing cycle water escapes through front door flooding kitchen. Ok, after a year, I've figured out the problem. I changed a bunch of parts, but never until now figured out that what it is doing is, water is running out the hole behind the door, where the overflow dripguard sits, if the front three panels are on. when those panels are on, water, just before position 6, pours down that plastic dripguard piece, into the big tray. eventually the tray overflows. when you take off the panels, then water just pours onto the floor. if you open the DW, the basin is t

The dishwasher doesn't seem to have nearly enough water in it. The upper sprayer arm doesn't seem to be spinning when running (I open the door and look really quick) and the lower one looks like it barely spins and barely sprays water. The dishes are barely wet and the soap is just laying on the bottom. The water is on, there are no kinks in the supply line. It sounds like it is running, and pumps pumping, but being brand new I am not sure what it should sound like. It certainly doesn't sound li

Kude48fxbl - brand new out-of-the-box. When put through a test cycle after installing it, water poured out of the bottom left edge of the door. This was not associated with either the water input or the discharge hose, but rather seemed to come from the interior of the washer and out under the door. The door seemed well latched, and running it with some dishes in the bottom tray (not blocking the soap dispenser) didn't help.

Tricity Bendix DH090 water valve closes too early. Insufficient water causes program to stop before first heating cycle. If I switch off, open the machine & pour an extra pint of water in, shut the door & switch on again the wash takes place and completes perfectly to specification. OK so the problem seems to be that level detector No 1 switches off the water inlet valve early and level detector No 2 (apparently) halts the cycle since it detects insufficient water in the machine. When my dishwasher completes its cycle, there is powdered detergent left in the dispenser and the dishes aren't as clean as they use to be. This started happening after I ran a HI TEMP WASH with a SANI RINSE cycle. I'm thinking that either the detergent dispenser door is opening late or the water is not getting hot enough. To check the dispenser door, I left the door open and just poured powder into the dispenser compartment. This did not improve the cleaning.

I have an asko D3450 dishwasher. Washer makes buzzing/humming noise at start of cycle and then randomly through cycle. I checked the sump and pump appears to be clean and impeller spins freely. I have a Frigidaire dishwasher, FDB-1100RHC, that is not cleaning dishes. My fiance cleaned the trap at the bottom of the washer, removing both the small basket and the larger mesh grid.
