Hi

The issue seems to be with the float switch assembly that is bad and should be replaced. Float assembly is found inside the dishwasher's tub, on the bottom. The water that fills your dishwasher lifts the float, and when it reaches a certain level, it acts as a trigger for the float switch. The float triggers the float switch to shut off, thereby shutting off the flow of water into the dishwasher. A defective switch may interfere with your dishwasher's filling and/or draining ability. Use your voltmeter to test the switch. Set the device to the ohms setting x 1. Take each probe and touch them to one switch terminal each. This should produce a reading of either zero or infinity. Continue to touch the probes to the terminals, and press down on the switch's button. The reading should change to the opposite extreme. If your switch fails either of these tests, you should replace it. Hope this helps...please post back for further assistance.

Magic Chef DU55CA-01 unit runs but when pump kicks on for discharge cyle water leaks on the floor from the what appears to be the solenoid part. The leaking stops as soon as the pump turns off. What part needs to be replaced? The unit was in storage for some time would this just be an issue with it sitting for some time? What is the best way to determine the real cause of the leak?

How does the Rinse Aid part of the FDB2000RFS1 dishwasher work? We got one donated to our non-profit organization and found all our dishes are coming out with a dry film all over them. I believe we have hard water in our office, and no water softener. We are wondering if the Rinse Aid would help this? We have no instructions, however, so are unsure as to how to use this???

If you have hard water, use Lemi Shine. It's the only thing that works. It is a detergent additive that completely removes hard water spots and film from your dishwasher. You can get it from your local grocery store. ... Dishwashers

So I found this power washer for sale. The seller claims that the washer generates a good stream of water, not just full power. He also mentions that after a few minutes the engine starts to bog down like it is working extra hard. Does this sound like a pump issue? Could something be clogged or would the pump need to be replaced? Or should I avoid this power washer?

Don't buy a power that doesn't work. There are many expensive parts on a power washer. If it was cheap and simple to fix, the seller would fix it and the washer would not be for sale.Would you buy a car that doesn't work? Especially ... Pressure Washers

My D3112 Asko dishwasher controls will not respond. There is a pump or motor running non-stop, even after I push the power off buton. The only way to make it stop is to unplug power cord. I had a service tech at my house to repair my refrigerator. He also took a look at my Maytag WU504 dishwaser, which was not cleaning the dishes anymore. He was less familiar with dishwasher diagnosis, but found that the lower spray arm was pumping out water through the jets properly in the cycles, but that the spray arm was not rotating. He seemed stumped and called his supervisor, who suggested it might be the wash impeller. I have looked at the parts diagram on partselectdotcom and taken t

The dishwasher does in fact heat the water but generates the E3 error after 10 minutes or so, then pumps out the water from the dishwasher. I'm a little confused as to what the issue is here and what part I would need to rectify the problem. Any advise you could give would be greatly appreciated. Kind regards
