Our GE model GSD4320Z00B is having a problem with the drain system. I've run the unit in the test mode and it does pump the dishwasher down. The problem is the unit does NOT pump down during a normal wash cycle. The fact that the unit works in test tells me it is not the pump. I've checked all the hoses and drain paths and there are no obstructions, again verified by the fact it works in test mode. Any test that can be used to determine the problem besides replacing parts one by one?

Working on a Whirlpool dishwasher DU915PWSS0 - The soap dispenser won't open automatically. We have replace the wax motor and have installed a new control board. Detergent dispenser door Whirlpool DU7400 won't open. I tested 300109 ACTUATOR resistance and it is closed. I ran washer and saw the actuator receives a current several times during the complete wash cycle. How else can I test? I notice the lever on the Acutator is quite floppy. Should it be stiff? Also the dispenser door does pop open if pushed from behind so that seems OK? Does anyone have the actual testing procedure for this problem? Thanks for anyone's help!
