I have a Fisher & Paykel dd03 stainless steel, it recently had the F1 alarm go off so i looked inside with a torch.
the only thing i can see wrong is that a hose appears to have disconnected, its a small approx 8mm dia white hose.
How can i remove the draw to see if this is in fact the problem.

16 year old GE built-in dishwasher, model GSD900. Springs that prevent front door from falling disconnected. ALL parts APPEAR to be in good condition. I say appear in good condition because I don't know what they are supposed to look like. But I see nothing obviously broken. The 2 springs appear intact. The connecting cable is good. However one of the 2 springs is shorter than the other. It may be shorter because one is supposed to stretch to the other side of the dw? So number 1

The detergent dispenser door on my AEG favorit 86070vi will not spring open. I found a small coil spring on the floor and suspect that it was involved with the opening function. For info, the dispenser door fell off a few weeks ago and was replaced by my wife. She can't recall how she did it and I can't see how it can be removed. The spring has one arm approx 10 mm long, the other is about 2 mm and the coil (body) is about 10 mm. Hope you can help

I recently found the upper spray arm in the bottom of the dishwasher after running it. I can't see any piece broken off of it but I also can't see any way to put it back on. I suspect some small piece broke off in a very clean break and I just can't see it. Is this fairly easy to purchase and reattach myself? I can see the holder for it screws in and out easily.

My dishwasher is only 2 years old. My small coffee shop is in an area where we have large quantities of lime. At this point in time the repair people have been out two times and this is not fixed. There appears to be no water being pumped into the dishwasher where it will be heated prior to washing. Also the temp gauge is not working all the time. With no water entering, the small amount of water in there is rising in temperature quickly if the gauge is working. The technician that have be

I noticed water leaking underneath my dishwasher through the floor joists to my basement. It was a small but steady drip through the joists. I turned off the water to the dishwasher and the leak stopped. I looked inside the dishwasher and there is still some standing water inside the dishwasher, but I cannot see anywhere that water is standing under the dishwasher. I am wondering if the leak is at the pump or at the door? But I see no evidence of the seal leaking.

It appears that there is not enough water pressure through the sprayers to to wash food 'deposits' off the plates and dishes. We have well water and it has a some what high lime content so I suspact that there is some calcium / lime clogging in the machine. I wanted to heat up a cup of tea. As I've done many times before, I pressed Time, then 1:20 seconds, then I pressed Auto Start, but fear I may have touched the button below it, which says Start in small red print. The oven wouldn't switch on, and I noticed a small green u-shaped mark had appeared at the base of the 1: I pressed Clear, and repeated my movements, making sure this time that I pressed Auto Start. Again, nothing happened. I've cleared the touchpad several times, but the oven won't

The soap dispenser on our Kenmore Elite dishwasher (SEARS part number 8558128) will not stay closed. The little latch mechanism appears to be working, but the spring on the lid's base keeps the lid wide open at all times. I have examined the pop-up dispenser lid to see if some sort of plastic tip held by the latch after soap is added is broken off- this may be the case but I cannot see any damage where such a lip may have broken off. Does the latch catch the lid by snapping onto a plastic lip? I

Screw drop Hi I was installing my new LG dishwasher and I droped a screw in the hole in the side panel where you can put a screw to connect to the side of your cabinet. Dishwasher sounds like it is running normally, (no grinding sounds or anything)but there doesn't appear to be any water coming into the machine. we checked to see if there was a kink in the line or if perhaps it was a plumbing problem but that does not seem to be the case. Is there anything that we can do to fix this ourselves? Thanks very much, most appreciated

In replacing the float that senses water level, I see that the whole assembly is free to rotate after the c-clip is reinstalled. Past experience is that sometimes this plastic float will be found upside-down, on top of the probe which houses the reed switch & thermistor temperature sensor. What's to keep the float from rotating like this? Nothing appears to be broken or missing on the assembly from what I can see. THANKS!!!.......Lee
You may have installed the stainless float retainer backwards. The hook on the retainer that holds the float faces the tank wall and fits into a flat on the probe. This prevents the rotation and will better secure the float. ... Hobart 42 in. AM14C-154 Free-standing Dishwasher

Just past where the water inlet line connects to the Fl-48 Fagor there is some kind of thermal switch that is disconnected.
