Having problems with your Dishwashers ?

Bosch dishwasher SHX46A05UC/40 is making noise when draining. I have cleaned the screen and hose back to the drain and removed all debris. So it seem to be the 'drain pump'. But replacing it - now that seem complex - is it? Looks like I would have to stand the DW on its head and remove the base and then replace the pump. Anyone know if I am on the right track? Could it be something else?

I have a 7 hp B&G craftsman Pressure washer , if I place an air filter on it ,it wound't start or run , if I remove the air filter it would run like a champ, but after 10 mints , oil would shoot out off the carb like a running faucet , why is it not running with the filter on,.Now am not so sure if the air filter is the correct size , because when I put it on it seem to be a bit on the taller size rather than a perfect fit, thanks for your help , in Hollywood , Reinaldo Roman .

First,It sounds like the air filter is full of dirt preventing air from flowing through, starving the engine of air.As for the oil shooting through, are you certain the oil is coming from teh carb?. Makes no sense the engine w ... Briggs & Stratton Pressure Washer Projectpro Spray Nozzle

Diswasher A couple of days ago my dishwasher would not start, there are lights on the front panel and it starts a washing programme but doesn't actually wash anything. I removed the filter from inside the dishwasher and it is full with water, it seems like there is a blokage somewhere. Would a blockage cause the diswasher not to start. Any help on this problem would be greatly appreciated.

Grinding The situation: I have had my Whirlpool DU915PWPB1 for 2 1/2 years, it isn't the greatest dishwasher but does the job good enough. Recently, the water will fill, the washing cycle will run but then when that part stops it goes into a whirring that seems like a motor is going but nothing is moving. I have removed the Filter Modual in an attempt to find out what the grinding would be. There doesn't seem to have anything in the way or under the filter. I have ascertained that the grin

Hi I have a Siemens SE26T252GB/01 dishwasher which won't drain. (The "check water" light comes on). I have checked all the filters/drains and I think the fault is the drain pump which I would like to replace. I can remove the side panels but cannot remove the base to get access to the pump. I have Frigidaire model FDB130RGS3. This seems like a pretty cheap dishwasher that is provided by my management company. This is third dishwasher I've had in this apartment. The others have all broken. Now this one, which is less than 6 months old, seems to have broken. It does not clean the dishes. I removed the round plastic cover in the base of the dishwasher and the bottom of the dishwasher (sorry don't know how else to describe this) is filled with dirty water. I drained the water and tried

My Kenmore Elite model # 630.16302402 dishwasher isn't getting the dishes clean. A lot of food is still on the dishes after cleaning, especially inside the glasses. There is a white film on glasses and the inside of the appliance. I also just noticed that the upper arm isn't turning. There is about 1/2 cup of water standing in the drain area (not visible until removing the filter tray at the bottom of the appliance). Is this normal? The obvious problem is the upper arm but it seems like the rin

On reconnection it was evident there was some water in the base of the unit, this was removed by tipping the unit over to drain. Now there is no power display on the door.Power outlet checked OK. Own a KitchenAid dishwasher, model KDC-21AD. Unit stopped shortly after startup cycle began. When cycling thru the various wash cycles, I hear a slight hum when selector switch is at the "pots/pan" selection. About 2" of water is standing in base of dishwasher and it will not start. Checked the KitchenAid site and they do not list my dishwatcher. Would like to be able to repair myself or have it done at reasonable price.

Kenmore Dishwasher model 665.1675592 doesn't seem to wash as well as it used to. Seems to have a low water level. Filler valve works, allows water in, but never seems to fill enough. No spray reaches top shelf, I think due to insufficient water level. It's like the timer doesn't stay on long enough for it to fill. Also cycle time seems WAY up, but if the timer is slow, how does it time out filling so fast? Looks like it would be slow all the time. Suggestions?

My dishwasher so my dishwasher seemed to have quitworking during a cycle. like breaker triped or something. i checked the breaker and thats fine. it seams like its hard wired in though. Would that be right? and is there a fuse or something that could/would blow during a wash? I dont know what model it is or anything it was in the house when i got it. I have a Maytag DWU8250BAX and the thing leaks like crazy. I just replaced the door gasket, but that is not the problem. When I took a closer look at the door it seems as though the water is getting up and into the door through a space in the bottom of the door. It seems to me like there should be another door seal to fill a gap that sits between the door hinges. If anyone knows if there should be a seal here and then what the part number might be that would be great. Thanks!

I have a Bosch SHU8805UC/14 dishwasher. I took the front door panel off to install it better but ended up with two extra pieces that look like either part 935400 Door Guard, or 935526 Support. After I run the dishwasher, water stands at the bottom and it smells. I have had the dishwasher for five years. The washer seems to be working properly it's just that water stands at the base of the washer. Is it normal for water to always stand there?

My Hotpoint diswasher suddenly stopped working last night. It seems like it has no power to it, as the motor or pump does not seem to come on at all. Obviously when I get home from work, I will check the obvious first - making sure it has power to it, connections are secure etc. (I had a wire break before) If it does have power, I would assume checking the door switch and timer is next. Any suggestions, and any suggestions for checking the door switch and timer??
