I have had a repairman come out and look at this and he says all the diagnostic test say everything is okay. My problem: my dishes come out dripping wet...like it hasnt dried anything. Sometimes dishes are still dirty. I don't think there is any heat getting to anything. I run the water in the sink beforehand to try to get the water hot. I used this dishwasher for 1-1/2 years with no problems and now I have this problem. What is going on?

Problem: dishwasher (moel MDB6601AWW) will not run. The front panel has a light, between the "Delay 1-9" and "heated dry" buttons, and adjacent to small printed icon (looks like a tombstone with the number 3 inside). Last weekedn I shut off all the water in order to change a faucet, including the hot water feed to the washer. Now the fed to the washer is somewhat frozen -- I can only open it 1/8 turn. So, I wonder if my wife tried to run the machin with no water flow, and it shut itself dow

It went thru the whole cycle and when I opened it up - there was water still left in the bottom - hit the cancel/drain button and nothing happened. Unhooked the drain line to the drain pipe under the sink and no water came out. How do I find out if it is the pump ? If I take it out - what do I need to look for and what trouble shoot things do I need to know. Plastic Pieces We purchased our ASKO 1385 dishwasher 7-8 years ago. Over the years, I have found "small square, thin, pieces of gray plastic" inside. Where are these coming from? Also, we have replaced the drain pump 2 years ago and looks like we'll be replaced the main pump within the next few days as no water is going through. We are looking at paying big $$$ for that pump. Almost half as much as purchasing a new dishwasher. Is this a common problem?

I have a Frigidaire Dishwasher, model #FDB635rfs It is not that old, but appears to have quit working. It sounds like it runs the water gets pushed in by the tube on the side but goes straight to the bottom of the washer. It looks like the spray arms are not spinning. Water is not circulating. We recently bought a house with a Kenmore 363.16222100 (?) dishwasher. No manual. Monday night it didn't drain properly and leaked some water on the kitchen floor. The cycle had finished when we saw the water on the floor. We bailed out the excess water. I took off the drain cover and insert. I couldn't see an obvious clog problem, but cleaned it out. Then I tried a short cycle, interrupting it to shorten it. No problem. Water seemed to drain fine. I did find a part that looked like a straw and

The dishes are not clean when we run the wash cycle. It looks like the water flow from the top sprayer is NOT working. The door, when we open it, has undesolved soap stuck in globs on the top of the door. The top dishes are not clean and some of the botom dishes are not clean. We've run some clear washes to see if we can find the problem. The water flow looks suspect. Is it in the electronics or in the water mechanics. FDW60 dishwasher Hi My dishwasher is about 15 months old and the problem I have is that it seems to stay on pump and the Ecco45 light is flashing.  A repair company looked at the machine and said that the motor looked like it was leaking and water was getting in the bottom setting off the micro-switch.  He contacted Hotpoint who fitted a new motor today at a cost of £89.85.  Went to use dishwasher tonight and we still have the same problem.  The dishwasher started the washing programme for about

Bosch Dishwasher I currently own a Bosch dishwasher. One of the selling points, if I'm remembering right, of the dishwasher was it was supposed to super heat the hot water that is coming in from the tap. I have 3 problems. We have to rinse the dishes by hand before putting them in the dishwasher, Otherwise they won't come out clean. The dishwasher will run for four hours sometimes longer. It doesn't seem like it is heating the water any hotter than what comes out of the tap.

Is it common for Kitchenaid dishwashers to have water pooling inside them? It's almost like the valve for water coming in isn't shutting all the way...in the middle of the day, we'll find water inside the dishwasher...it drips out the front when you open the door...but when you turn it on, it doesn't have any problem draining the system...mysteriously, we find water in the bottom...what's up?

Smeg DWF612WH dishwasher has developed a leak. Water comes out of the rectangular hole on the side of the water softner used to mount what looks like a level or pressure switch. A few seconds after the fill valve opens water leaks out, not a lot just a small trickle. After the washer has filled and goes ito its cycle, it does not leak again. Over the past weeks the problem has got progressively worse.

Our Miele G975SC dishwasher has developed a problem - it starts a wash or rinse cycle as normal - it pumps out, then fills with new water and starts washing as expected.
