Having problems with your Pressure Washers ?

We have the black tip on and have placed clear plastic hose to black plactic and the brass valve at the bottom of the washer and no siphoning

Answers :

Chemical injectors are terribly designed, Flimsy to say the least. They all use a check valve (ball bearing) held agaunst a steel seat by a tiny spring. Yours is either stuckshut or rotted away from using bleach and not cleaning it well.Feel free to take it apart, clean, inspect and re assemble, If its a low cost machine like a troy bilt or any other that uses an aluminum pump your probably wasting your time. Use a hand sprayer like the one you use for weeds and have someone else spray the chemicals while you use the washer with water only

The problem is that the brass coupling at the end of the wand won't snap into place around the tip -- so I tried another, and another. No luck. And now the original tip that was
