Honda Pressure Washer tilted on front - will not restart

\015 Children in garage tilted power washer on nose in garage and I found it that way days later. At first no start and apparant hydrolock type situation with oil in combustion chamber. Removed starter assembly and rotated engine backward manually with oil filler cap removed. Have removed all apparent oil from the combustion chamber but will not fire. Tested spark plug by removing it...replaced the plug wire and pulled starter to see if I could see a spark. Like a dummy while I was holding the plug wire. Got a jolt from that move once but after that no spark. Have installed new plug to be safe but still no apparent ignition voltage making it to the plug. Cleaned off the flywheel that passes under the coil. Is the coil itself the next likley problem to eliminate? IF so replace or is there a way to clean if it has had oil seeped into it? I do not think this washer has an low oil switch to worry about. The only wires I see from the coil is the plug wire and the wire to the ignition switch which is activated when the throttle lever is raised. Thank you for any direction. I am starting to pass my experience level on this one but cannot afford to take it to a shop anytime soon for repair.\015

If the machine has been tipped and oil has got into the combustion chamber then it will have gone through the carb first. There should be a couple of 10mm bolts on the bottom of the carb bowl, the lower central one holds the bowl on and the other is to drain it. I would suggest draining the carb, and also removing and emptying the small bowl under the fuel tap (also 10mm). Oil will probably have soaked the air filter too, and this will greatly restrict airflow into the engine so it will need replacing. If you have tried to start the engine you may have also pushed oil into the exhaust, but if it isn't too much it should burn off so don't be surprised if you get a fair bit of white/blue smoke for the first few minutes of running. If after draining the carb and checking/replacing air filter and possibly removing and emptying exhaust, the engine still doesn't start, it will probably be down to oil in the carb jet. This is easy to sort. First drain and remove the carb, then remove the bowl. If you look up the post that the bowl was attached to you will see a brass jet. This can be removed by unscrewing with a flat headed driver. It can be a bit fiddly to get out completely as it is a snug fit. There are two parts to the jet, a longer tube with small holes in the side and a main 'through' hole and the screw/nozzle that you removed. Clean through with brake cleaner, dry and refit. Before starting, check the oil level as the oil that was in the cylinder will have come from the sump and will need replenishing. Good luck.
