Cleaning My dishwasher always leaves behind these brown small peices of crime. I use about 1 tsp of dry poweder (the repair told me to last year) and that helped with all the streaks on the dishes. A GE triton dishwasher causes hammer noise when stops filling. The sink faucet works fine as do all the other faucets in the house. I cleaned all of the traps in the dishwasher. Because the sink works, I don't think it is a sink valve problem. I turned off the water to the house and drained the system, the air chambers should be good.
