Having problems with your Asko 24 in. 1585 Built-in Dishwasher ?

I have an Asko 1585 dishwasher. It drops the inlet valve on step (step 12), and the recirculation pump (next step) tries to pump with no water. Later at about step 47, the inlet valve begins to work again and the dishwasher finishes the cycle without a problem. I have had the board checked, and all of the power supply and transfer circuits are good. That leaves the processor. Is there any combination of buttons to press which can completely reset the controller board?

I bought this dishwasher 5 years ago and was kept in the box until last month. I installed it, turned on the water and no water is being pumped into the unit from the water release valve in the dishwasher. I then checked all the cycles and everything works except for the pump. Then I checked to see if any power/volts was going to the pump and there is none. Could it be a wiring problem or could it be the circuit board?? please help. thanks

You will have to check all the connections visually. Since you know how to use a meter, see where the current stops. See if there is current coming from the control board to the pump. the water inlet solenoid valve should "free flow" water into the m ... GE 24 in. Profile PDW7800 Built-in Dishwasher

Good Afternoon We have a Kleenmaid DW8 dishwasher. At the beginning of the cycle, it will pump out the water, sit idle for a short time and then show the end light, without washing or any further action. A technician came to visit and had a brief look. A follow up call came from his company stating that the circuit board had a crack in it. It would require a new circuit board ($650), the dishwasher to be taken to the workshop and repaired ($150). Upon further investigation, the circuit board had

Model # gsd3320c04bb. I am getting water to the inlet valve. I tried changing the inlet valve but still no water goes thru it. I am getting 22 V AC at the connector when operating. The only water that is circulating in the dishwasher is the water that is remaining in the pump system. Any ideas as to what is preventing the inlet valve from operating?

It appears that the Inlet Valve is leaking on my Kenmore dishwasher. By replacing the inlet valve do I also need to undo the connection at the bottom with the teflon tape - or can I just undo the screws at the bottom of the plate and leave that connection alone? The dishwasher is 4 years old, could something be causing the valve leaking other than the valve being bad? Thanks! :))

If you run the pump at that point, it sucks water out of the sump, but when you open the door and the pump stops water flows back into it. It seems like there is a check valve that isn't working.
