Dishwasher I am getting a run around with getting my LG dishwasher fixed properly. We had a tech more than once come in and look at our dishwasher. It has not been fixed and never dried the dishes properly. It is now leaking and going to a "del" level when we attempt to wash the dishes. It is also leaking on our fairly new tiled floor and under our new kitchen cabinet. Your tech stated the dishwasher was not installed properly. The installation dept , Francine stated it is not their problem

Not sure what you mean by a "del" level, but as far a drying issues:\015\012\015\012LG chose to use a very energy efficient drying method which relies on the residual heat of the dishes to help dry them rather than many manufacturer ... LG LDF6810 Built-in Dishwasher

Frigidaire dishwasher PLD2855RFC rinse aid leaks around cap. How to fix? New cap? Is this a recurring problem? Also, the dishwasher is very noisy when running (should be quieter). Not very happy with this model ...

I have a GE dishwasher (GSD4020Y70BB) new in 1996. I replaced the whole motor assembly in 2007, seal was leaking. My dishes are not getting clean now, dried food left on plates, coffee stains in cups not being cleaned. I removed main spray arm, found nothing, turned washer on and plenty of water gushing out. I took the cover off sump all clean. I removed the filter screen in the back, there appears to be a valve with some soft rubber around it. Water gushes out of this, does stop during the cyc

Our KitchenAid KUDS011JBS1 dishwasher sometimes leaks water on our kitchen floor. It seems to drip from the bottom edge of the door onto the floor. It's not a huge amount of water, but is enough to be a concern... it leaves a small puddle on the floor. What should I check and how do I fix this? I'm hoping it's an inexpensive and easy fix. Note that we've had this dishwasher for 8 years and have only noticed leaking during the past 6 months.

Leaking This is a problem that I have when the dishwasher is in drying mode. I will find a 5X5 and sometimes smaller, size water spot under the dishwasher after the dishwasher has stopped. I was told it was the vent were the steam comes out and I had that replaced. It still leaks, then they told me to replace the rubber around the door, still leaks now they order a whole new plastic interior door. Please if you have any ideas what could be causing the problem, please let me know. Thank you

We put in a new garbage disposer, hooked up the water again to the dishwasher and now the water will not go into dishwasher. Help!

Dishwasher leak My dishwasher has a slight dip leak on the copper hose that rund from the hot water. The leak is between the copper hose and its connector nut. I tired fixing it with plumbers tape but it still leked out the sides of the tape.

Tape won't solve this issue. The fitting I assume is a compression fitting which is a ring on the copper pipe that is compressed when the nut is tightened. If tightening the nut won't resolve the issue, then you will need to cut the copper behind the ... Dishwashers

Leaking FDW60 I have a Hotpoint FDW60 dishwasher. yesterday it tripped our house electrics and then we had water flooding out of the dishwasher. Through a process of elimination I have now discovered that water is leaking from the drainage sump in the centre of the babse down onto the motor or other electrics. I have looked for loose hoses and there are none visible from the base of the dishwasher, can you give some ideas where the water might be coming from?

Dishwasher leak I have a General Electric Potscrubber Mobile Maid dishwasher (model GSC720?) that hasn't been used in some time, but appears to still work OK. It has a leak from the left hand vent opening in the bottom of the door when operating. The seal around the door appears intact and doesn't leak. Can you suggest a probable cause, and remedy? Thanks, Bob.

With dishwasher empty and disconnected, find the screws around the area of the "vent",you may need to open it from the bottom. There will be a hose that has either ruptured or just needs the clamp tightened with a screw driver. I think that the hose ... Dishwashers

Dishwasher leaking Our dishwasher all of a sudden started leaking. I've taken the front panel off the door and can see exactly where. It's not a hole or anything...it's at the front, left edge of the basin, the bottom left corner at the front. It seems that right after it fills with water, it starts to leak once water is moving around inside and washing cycle starts. It is as if big waves are being pushed to the front left corner and over the lip of the basin. I don't think the water level is to
