I own a GE Profile GSD 4330 dishwasher. Recently it has been leaving some water in the bottom of the tub. This water accumulates over time until the entire bottom is filled. I have checked the air vent, garbage disposal unit and the filter in the bottom of the dishwasher (which was filthy). I cleaned the filter and everything else looks okay, but it is still leaving some water in the tub.

My two year old Bosch dishwasher is not cleaning well and is leaving gritty food on most glasses, cutlery, etc. Worse on the top but also not good on the bottom. I have tried cleaning the removable filter on the bottom and rinsing the two 'wands' - one on top and on the bottom so that the little holes are not blocked. I've tried using the power scrub mode. I've run the dishwasher twice with detergent and no dishes. This has problem has persisted over at least a month. Can you please help me?

I have a LG Dishwasher LD 14AW3 it fills and runs for about 30 min. It then appears that when it tries to rinse it cannot get water and flashes "1E". I disconnected the unit and when I moved it out of its position water was leaking from the bottom of the unit. after cleaning out the inside filter & the hard water filter I re-connected and found it worked. I ran a dishwasher cleaner through it at high temp. After a few loads the problem has come back. It is now located in MY garage waiting for me

I have taken the rotating spray arm off and cleaned it out and replaced it. I have also taken all of the filters out of the bottom of the unit and cleaned them. Any other suggestions for fixing this problem?

Smeg e2 error (water level tripped). Filter is clean and no rubbish below filter on inside of dishwasher. I have taken the front panel off but am not sure where the float device is located - I am wondering if it is just to the left of what looks like a solenoid. There is no water in the base of the unit in the front panel so would rule out any leaks. Reset program and turned off power at socket but still not using hot water. Possible PCB issue ? Any advice appreciated. Smeg DI612C Dishwasher.

I have a Bosch SHU 3030 dishwasher that made a loud clicking noise and then stopped mid cycle. There was water at the bottom of the washer that I scooped out. I checked the filter and cleaned out any debris. There appears to be no power to the dishwasher. I spin the control dial and nothing happens; no lights, no sounds. The circuit was not flipped.

We have a LG direct drive dishwasher (LDF7932ST) that doesn't seem to clean very well. It leaves dried on food bits and a white film on everything especially the cups and mugs. Even on the power scrub cycle with an extra rinse. If the problem is the recirculating pump how do you remove the arm or bottom filter to clean out? I can't seem to locate the instruction book. Thanks for the help Tina

I have been negligent in not cleaning out the filters and after the unit more or less stopped, I pulled the two filters finding them full of what looked like soap scum. I cleaned them best I could (but noticed the inner filter still had most of the small holes blocked) Started the unit and it cleaned alright for a couple of days. Last night after running a load all the water did not empty from the bottom of the tub? Any suggestion on what wrong? Bought the unit on 1/19/05. Thanks

Kitchenaid dishwasher - small pieces of food are left on otherwise clean dishes. Water level comes to about 1 inch below heater coil. I ran it without dishes (or soap) and added about a quart of water so that level came to about 1/4 inch below heater and that's when I noticed food pieces on drain surfaces (nylon filter under bottom spray arm unit and circular plastic "trap" surrounding it). Spray arms holes are clear and water is hot.

It sounds as if you figured the solution out. The holes in the spray arm(s) get plugged by small debris, (tooth picks, seeds, bits of plastic like candy wrappers, etc) and the water does not reach the dishes to wash and rinse effective ... Dishwashers

I've had my Nautilus for 6 years and it cleans very well - but now, it won't drain fully and pools at the bottom of the unit. I have made sure that my garbage disposal was cleared first, too. and that water was draining properly in the sinks. I will need special tools to unscrew the drain filter in the dishwasher, right, or can I just use a pair of pliers to turn the little knobs? I am always careful to rinse all food off the dishes before putting them in the washer, but I guess I wasn't careful

If your model has the screen across the back with the filter, then yes use your fingers or a plier to unscrew the pop up valve assembly at the very back center of the dishwasher. Most likely, the cone shapped part has deteriorated and is not sealing ... GE Nautilus 24" Built-in Dishwasher

My Professional series dishwasher does not work properly. It is only 1.5 years old and glasses on top rack get sprayed with fine layer of particles every time I use it. Other items, top and bottom, are often not clean as well, but glasses are the hardest to re-clean. I have tried evacuating the water left at the bottom of the dishwasher before running, pre-running the hot water in the sink and ensuring that the disposal was run, removing and cleaning the filter at the bottom of the washer. Hi, I have a Fisher Paykel DD603I (integrated) dishdrawer unit. The bottom drawer soap dispenser has water in it after it runs (and leftover soap), and there is a small amount of water sitting in the bottom of the drawer. The dishes don't get totally clean. I have removed and cleaned the spray arm, drain filter, filter plate and bottom of tub. Found nothing clogged or particularly dirty. Put all the parts back in and everything moves freely. Ran it empty, and same problem occurred.

I've a Kenmore - Whirlpool dishwasher purchased in 7/2002(665.17574200), which seems clogged. T The ''Accumulator Assembly'' (8268429) filter is clean, and I've stripped the unit down to the plastic components. This has happened once before, and the repair person cleaned some kind of secondary filter, but I can't locate that filter on the parts diagram. I'm guessing it's below the ''Protector inlet'' (8268390). Either I buy a new dishwasher, which seems a waste, or I find out how to clear the

Hi! My bosch SHE43 built in dishwasher is about 2.5 yrs old, dishes aren't getting clean anymore. We have *really* hard water so I use the max rinse agent, but doesn't help. I clean the little canister filter with each wash, and just washed off that grate in the bottom. I also just cleaned the trap under the sink, but it didn't look bad at all. The problem is a grit left on glasses and things just not getting all the way clean. When I remove the grate at the bottom, there's a bit of water
