Frigidaire dishwasher (Electrolux FDB750RCB0) does not move water through the hose to the upper wash/spray bar. The lower wash/spray bar has pressure enough to turn. With the dish washer out from under the counter I can see the water rise very slowly up the translucent hose. If I remove the check ball under the stem assembly in the motor in the bottom of the tub, water flows, but I'm not sure if the top bar turns then (with the door open I see water coming down from the top, but never saw

I have a model du1145XTPQ dishwasher. I doesn't seem to fill with enough water so I have to add with every cycle. The repairman says that there is no filter and my water pressure wasn't high enough. The water company was out and said water pressure was at 75pounds and that was not my problem. Is there a filter somewhere that might be cloged? thanks

I have a kitchenaid Model KUDW03CTBL2 dishwasher. It is pumping water, but the top sprayer and the one under the top rack just have a little water coming out. Not enough to make them spin. We also noticed the water in the bottom when opened is not as much and it is cool not hot. The dishes on the top rack will not clean, and the bottom is not completely clean. Not getting enough water flow into the dishwasher, suspect that a filter is clogged due to recent work on the waterline in the kitchen sink. Need to know where the filter might be located (on the dishwasher or on the intake valve before the connection to the dishwasher hose)? Also would I need to disconnect the water supply to pull out the dishwasher for access to such a filter.

You didn't specify a brand but most dishwashers don't have a water "filter." They may have an inlet screen at the water valve, which is typically located under the dishwasher. Generally, the lower front panel will have to be removed and you should ... Dishwashers

I just bought a used Kenmore standalone dishwasher and ran it for the first time. The dishes on the top did not get clean and the soap did not come out of the closed soup dish. at one point I took a shower and was wondering if that might have influenced the water pressure enough to cause the problem. Is the soap supposed to open during the wash and could the poor water pressure prevent the top shelf from getting properly washed?

The inlet filter is probably clogged. Try letting it fill up. Open the door to stop it right after it starts to wash Pour a gallon or two of hot water in and see it it works better Stop and do this everytime it goes to fill up. If the door opens ... Dishwashers

I've had a Miele G892 SCU PLUS dishwasher for a long time. Today a problem started that results in a flooded floor. Water keeps flowing into the dishwasher - even when the unit is turned off. It seeps in very slowly, but within15 minutes there is enough to overflow & flood the floor. My guess is that there must be some kind of sensor that isn't working, or the coresponding mechanical switch that shuts off the water is worn or slightly stuck open a bit? Whirlpool dishwasher doesn't seem to fill with enough water despite good water pressure. Therefore, pump sounds like it is cycling from pumping water for about 2 seconds to going dry for 2 seconds to pumping water for 2 seconds to going dry for 2 seconds, etc. Spray arms rotate only for the 2 seconds when pump is actually pumping water. Dishes do not get clean.

We have a Sears Ultra Wash III dishwasher, model 665.1677993, bought in October, 1995. It is not filling with enough water to get the dishes clean. I took the water valve out and looked at it and it seems okay. It doesn't look like the valve is opening all the way - just my guess. A small stream of water comes out with good pressure, but it is a small stream. I can't find any screens or filters in the water line coming in. The fill cycle lasts only about a minute. Is that adequate? Steve

There should be another letter after the p in your model number. If it's just a B then there are no parts available for that model. Typically a dishwasher will fill for 90 seconds or more. One minute or less sounds like you have a control board is ... Whirlpool GU2400XTP Built-in Dishwasher
