Dishwasher not working. Two weeks ago the heating cycle didn't switch itself off but appeared to correct itself. Now there is no water in the cycle... pump and heater working, just no water reaching the arms of the dishwasher. Any ideas why?

Sounds like a bad pump. If it drains the water and doesn't deliver at arms the pump is more than likely bad. First of all pull the water supply line off and see if there is build up from hard water on the in-line screen (if present), then If you are ... Whirlpool GU2400XTP Built-in Dishwasher

Dishwasher problem Hi We have a Whirlpool GU 2300, the machine has stopped and is the clean LED on the control panel is showing a 7 pulse sequence which I guess is a fault alarm. I have tried resetting, checked the door switch and looked at the pressure sensor at the drain pump outlet. I changed the heating element and fitted an uprated control card earlier this year. Any ideas?

I solved the reset by pressing the air dry and reset buttons 6 times in sequence, the whole panel array lit and I was then able to reset. I have had no problems since and have used it 6 times. I initially thought that the chipset had a volatile memor ... Dishwashers

Frigidaire Dishwasher Hi, I have installed a new model GLD2250RDC0 Frigidaire dishwasher and it will not start. Power and water supply is connected. When I push the cycle button for Normal the light comes on but when I push Start nothing happens except the "hi-temp wash" and "no heat dry" lights flash. I assume this is some kind of troubleshooting code but the manual does not cover this and I am in Honduras so service is non existent. Any ideas? By the way, I was a builder in the States for 25 y

E3 Error Hi My dishwasher is showing error E3, which the user manual states "The appliance is not able to pump out the water.", however, other E3 error states a heating issue. The dishwasher does in fact heat the water but generates the E3 error after 10 minutes or so, then pumps out the water from the dishwasher. I'm a little confused as to what the issue is here and what part I would need to rectify the problem. Any advise you could give would be greatly appreciated. Kind regards

The E3 error is a result of water temperature not getting to a nominal value within a particular time. This could be caused by several factors like heater faulty, wash pump not working well, wash arms not circulating water as required. Need model nu ... Smeg Dishwashers

Asko d3100 I have an asko d3100 dishwasher. Its just out of warranty and now the cup saucer light flashes and the water pump is continuing to pump even though there is no water. The dish washer wont start. What is the problem. I think the flashing cup saucer light is reporting a fault. If I know what the fault is for example faulty relay or pump then I can replace it. Can you help me with this one? Is there a service manual I prbably can get my hands on.

Our kitchen drain clogged recently and water drained back into our VUD141 dishwasher. A plumber cleared the drain, and turned on the DW - which pumped out the standing water. But now, we have no water flowing into the dishwasher. The drain pumps, the heater works, but there's no water supply. The plumber who cleared the drain said he didn't DO dishwashers, and I cannot locate the owner's manual since we prepared for a move.

I have Whirlpool dishwasher DWH B00. Now it starts as normal filling water for a couple of minutes. Then it suddenly starts beeping and pumps out all the water and just contiunes to beep. This will happen in all programs. We have studied the users manual and cleansed the filters as suggested in the manual, but this doesn't help. There are now problems with the water supply. It then waits for about 5-7 minutes and pumps the water out. It fills again several times and pumps out. It doesn't sound like it is washing though. The dishwasher doesn't seem to have nearly enough water in it. The upper sprayer arm doesn't seem to be spinning when running (I open the door and look really quick) and the lower one looks like it barely spins and barely sprays water. The dishes are barely wet and the soap is just laying on the bottom. The water is on, there are no kinks in the supply line. It sounds like it is running, and pumps pumping, but being brand new I am not sure what it should sound like. It certainly doesn't sound li

Noticed dishes on top shelf not entirely clean. Ran machine empty and opened many times during wash. Noticed that Lower Spray Arm works as expected, but Middle Spray Arm turns only 1/8 or less, then Lower Arm spins again. Schematic with Use and Care manual just says pump motor switches from one to the other in certain cycles, but I don't see this happening. Looked for obstructions to water flow and pressure seems normal. Is control for this function part of the pump, or in the control panel?
