My Bosch dishwasher Model SHE44C02UC just went completley dead while washing. My wife and I were in the living room and heard a ''pop'' and went to investigate. We discovered the dishwasher was completely dead with no lights on at all. The on/off switch does not work. I checked the breaker and it is okay. Also the disposal is also on this circuit and it still works so I know the circuit is okay. There is still water in the bottom of the dishwasher - no suds - so it may have been in a rinse cycle

Well done on confirming that the outlet is not the problem. This problem will not be able to fixed by the owner and a service call is the next step. (unless you want to dig into the problem, which could easily be a failed pump motor which took out t ... Bosch Dishwashers

I have a built-in Bosch dishwasher SHU 4302 UC. It no longer drains the water out at the end of all the cycles. I have tried everything mentioned in the booklet (make sure water is hot, use the jet-dry stuff, make sure outflow hose doesn't allow water back in). I have to siphon out at least a good bucketful of water. (Also, only the regular wash cycle works, which is fine with me.)

The problem is a solenoid on the bottom of the unit. It is a small black cylinder next to the pump. It operates the valve that changes to the drain cycle. You can probably order one from Bosch ... Bosch 24 in. SHU43 Built-in Dishwasher

When I press the start button, Bosch dishwasher (model SHY56A 05UC) just keep running the motor pumping the water out of dishwasher, irrespective of: 1) the wash cycle it is on, 2) whether the door is closed or open, 3) whether I cancel drain cycle, as told by Bosch Cust Svc in following steps: - "Cancel Drain" by pressing 'Quick Wash' and 'Regular Wash' buttons together for a minute until it shows 0* - Shut power off for a minute and wait for a minute - Restart on Quick Cycle. Bosch SHU43 My Bosch SHU43C dishwasher stopped washing, turns out the impella came free from the motor, I repairded impella and put it back together and now the dishwasher washes great however now it is stuck in a wash rinse drain cycle. Display counts down but the unit never stops running when it reaches 0. Also, the water level is higher than normal and I there is a kind of thumping sound repeatedly every 15 seconds " use to make that sound only once at the start of a cycle before the impella

Bosch dishwasher My Bosch dishwasher finished a wash cycle and was showing the "END" light on, however, the motor was still running as though it was stuck on the drain cycle (there is a gurgling sound from where the eater drains off beneath the filter. Subsequently turning the washer on just repeats the apparent drain cycle with a constant gurgling sound (it does not kick into wash mode). The number on the manual is & 258 (7705).
