Having problems with your Bosch 24 in. SHU43 Built-in Dishwasher ?

The cycle doesn't seem to stop correctly. I start a load. It doesn't seem to matter which mode that I start in, but it will count-down the time, but at the end it hasn't stopped running. I've cleaned out the filter and the trap below. I've ran vinegar through a cycle. I've cleaned all of the spray arms. It doesn't seem to advance out of the wash mode. There is still some suds at the end. I have to end the cycle by canceling and draining it manually, then run a couple of "rinse--9 minute" cycles

Hello,
\015\012
\015\012Based on your description I'd say the issue is with the control. That is what I'd be looking for if called out to service the unit with the symptoms you've described.
\015\012
\015\012The issue is within the electronic timer/control, specifically the heater relay solder joint. ( a faulty flow switch, ntc or heater can also cause this, but not very probable ).

My first suggestion would be calling in an authorized bosch servicer if that is an option for you and your budget however, If you cannot afford that option and feel capable, there`s a way to visually inspect the control yourself. It will require you to remove the control from the unit and then remove the control from it`s plastic housing and look for a burnt solder contact on the printed circuit board. This will be one of the pins from the heater relay, hence the unit sit`s and takes forever top finish ( because it can`t heat to advance or until canceled ) trying to heat the water.

**Further to this, if you or someone you know is proficient at soldering, a lot of times it can be remedied by simply repairing the solder...although Bosch recommend`s replacing the control and I don`t pretend to speak on there behalf nor do I profess to know better. This is just my experience (it work`s) and my opinion (why buy new if one can repair ?)**

**Please disconnect the power before attempting any service to the dishwasher. If you do not feel comfortable attempting this service, call a local pro, preferably one familiar with Bosch/Thermador/Gaggenau, to service your machine.**

Hope this answer`s your question, let me know if I can assist you further. Thank`s for visiting "fixya" for your repair inquiries. Please take a moment and rate this solution to it's helpfulness.

Good luck.

Bosch Integra SHU 9955US/12 - when we start wash cycle, the detergent dispenses and the tub fills with water, but the wash cycle never starts (never spins spray bars). Seems like timer is counting down, though, but doesn't start "washing". After waiting awhile, we are able to use the "Cancel/Drain" mode to drain the water. The drain filter in the bottom of the tub is clean.

Sounds like your motor is burned out. The drain motor and wash motor are seperate on your machine. You can check for power going to the motor, but to do this you might have to pull the dishwasher out. While the cycle is running check for 120 VAC g ... Bosch SHU9955UC Built-in Dishwasher

Quick Rinse light was flashing at end of cycle. Opened and closed door and pushed Start. Quick Rinse and Cancel/Drain light are now flashing and machine won't start. Turned off power supply (30 seconds) / turned on power supply and then tried again to start the dishwasher, but same problem. Control panel seems to be frozen at the Quick Rinse/Drain mode and will not cancel. Help! Thank you

I have the Kitchen aid KUDS01DL dishwasher. It was working fine until last week. When starting a cycle, the washer fills with water. Once filled, the motor makes a humming noise and does not circulate the water. I end up stopping the cycle and the discharge pump empties the water. I took apart and cleaned the basin this morning. I did find some random garbage but it did not seem blocked. Do you have any ideas?

BOSCH Dishwasher Problem I have a dishwasher (SHV46C13UC/33) that when I start any of the three cycles it continues to run until I open it and do the 'cancel' function. The 'rinse/drain' seems to be running fine, but there is a film left after that mode. I've checked the water inlet, which is open and fine. And, it does drain properly. Is there a SENSOR I need to clean periodically? Or, is the man control module the problem? What's going on?

I would check the float switch in the bottom should be a mushroom shaped thing that turns the pump off after the water level in the machine has dropped to a certain level or has totally emptied. ... Bosch 24 in. SHV46C13UC Free-Standing Dishwasher

Hi our nemo dishwasher starts a cycle and fills but does not start cleaning cycle. Light under start button flashes. If start button is held on it resets and pumps out. We live in an area with high clacium in water. At first the machine only pumped out and did not start filling. I checked the level switch it seems to be working OK (NO and NC c

I have an asko D3450 dishwasher. Washer makes buzzing/humming noise at start of cycle and then randomly through cycle. I checked the sump and pump appears to be clean and impeller spins freely. The cycle seems to work ok. Water is pumping out ok. If you open the door to stop the cycle, the buzzing will continue for a few minutes then stop. If the cycle is restart, the buzzing starts again. The vibrations seem to originate from under the lower spin arm.

Our Whirlpool KUDP01ILBS2 dishwasher isn't working like it used to. Dishes seem to be getting partially clean, they aren't getting dry at all and it seems they may be being rinsed/washed with dirty water. There is plenty of water in the machine when I interupt the cleaning cycle. I always run the hot water in the sink before I start the dishwasher so the first water into the dishwasher is as hot as possible. Also the sani-rinse light is flashing when the cycle "completes".
