I own a KUDS01FLSS3 KitchenAid dishwasher. The lights on the control panel do not come on and a cycle can not be started. There is about an inch of water in the bottom of the dishwasher basin and it looks like the previous cycle did not complete. I have checked the wall outlet that the washer is plugged into and the washer is receiving power from the wall. And ideas? My next thought was to take the door off and check the power supply running to the door panel and control panel.

I have a couple of problems. Firstly, the auto programme now shows a cycle time of 199mins but actually takes much longer than that to complete - more like 4 hours. On the quick (!) wash cycle the time is 97 minutes, whereas it should be less than 30 mins. Second problem, the detergent box flap won't stay shut when loading, so I have to put the tablet in loose in the bottom. Could the 2 problems be related?

There is an issue with the machine not heating properly, it could be the control panel or the thermostat, The flap not staying shut is not connected to this. ... Dishwashers

I have an Asko 3251 that is about 4 years old. It has been great up until 2 nights ago when it just keeps running when is has completely cycled. You can open the door and it keeps running. You can push the shut off button and the lights on the controls go out but something keeps running. The only way I can shut it off is by shutting off the circuit breaker. The next morning I can turn the breaker back on and it will be off. Does anyone have an idea what is causing this?

My Bosch dishwasher is taking hours (at least 3 - maybe more) to complete a cycle. There is gummy, yucky stuff building up inside - sorta pinkish brownish. Could the water not be hot enough? A couple of months ago we installed an on-demand hot water heater and I wonder if that could have anythig to do with it. I've tried running the hot water in the sink first but that doesn't help. Our dishwasher was taking in water, circulating it but not heating it up or moving through the cycle. My husband took the control panel off and there were some scorch marks on it so we got a new one.
