Having problems with your Bosch 24 in. SHU43 Built-in Dishwasher ?

I have a Bosch Dishwasher Model # SHU43C that is not washing properly. Some dishes are not being cleaned if we don't pre-scrub or rinse. There are no error codes on the panel. During the cycle I hear the pump motor starting and stopping repeatedly on about 1 second intervals. I suspect it may be starved for inlet water. I checked the inlet water line and it is clear. We use well water that occassionally has some iron sediment in it and it plugged the inlet water screen for our washing mach

Hi,
\015\012It is very possible that the screen is plugged...most inlet valves have a screen just like your washer does. I would at least remove the hose/pipe and check the flow...and check for a screen.
\015\012Also the solenoid can get jammed by dirt and not open right...you should be able to tell when you get down by the valve if there is good water flow through it....
\015\012
\015\012The other thing that I would check is the power going to the motor and make sure that the motor is not cutting out on it's own and going bad...
\015\012if the power is cutting in and out the control board may be going bad...

Inglis MOD#IPU58460 Dishes not cleaned properly...thought that enough water was not being filled into tub because more water added manually and washes great! I checked inlet water valve operation and lines for possible lime buildup and timed "fill" time. All was good and time right to spec! Water level after fill is just to bottom of mesh screens. Under further trouble shooting I held door open slightly while holding door switch closed to observe wash cycle and found as pump starts water shoots

I have a GE Profile, GSD4930X73WW, dishwasher. The upper wash arm is not spraying well at all. I checked the water line from the pump to the upper arm and it's fine. I cleared the filters and cleaned the float. I also took the inlet valve off and cleaned the screen. Although the washer works better overall, the upper arm still does not work well. Nothing appears to be in the upper arm assy to clog water from spraying out. All seems clear from the turbid sensor (next to the pump) through t

Hi :) We have a Bosch slimline dishwasher type SRS56A02 GB/08 - it doesn't draw in water - the timer counts down but nothing happens. We checked these pages and cleaned the filters on the inlet water line but no change :( I saw that it might be the inlet water valve - is this easy to get to - do we need to take off panels? if so, is there a manual available please? Over the past week or so it had got noiser - it was at its quietest while the water was draining out of the machine.

My 13 year old Frigidair dishwasher (model FDB221RFR2) is not disolving the soap tab that drops in during the later cycles. We sometimes find the soap sitting on dishes or on the bottom. It appears that there may not be enough water but I'm sure of how much there actually should be. It also appears that the soap may be dropping late but again I'm not sure of when it should normally drop. I checked the inlet value and it appears to be ok. I also checked the timer (to the best of my ability) and i

Dishwasher I have a whirlpool dishwasher that does not appear to be getting hot water. The washer water is cold initially and only seems to get warm once the heater in the base of the machine heats it. The hot water supply line does not get hot so I presume no water is being supplied. Is the water supposed to be hot at the start. If yes could this be caused be a faulty inlet valve and if so how can I check. The dishes are dirty especially on the top rack. Thanks for your help. My Bosch dishwasher Model SHE44C02UC just went completley dead while washing. My wife and I were in the living room and heard a ''pop'' and went to investigate. We discovered the dishwasher was completely dead with no lights on at all. The on/off switch does not work. I checked the breaker and it is okay. Also the disposal is also on this circuit and it still works so I know the circuit is okay. There is still water in the bottom of the dishwasher - no suds - so it may have been in a rinse cycle
