Installing new heating element in Bosch dishwasher

\015 My Bosch dishwasher SHU5316UC/U12, installed 3/4/03, had the heating\015\012water element go out. I ordered another one from Bosch, but it did not\015\012come with installation instructions. The only installation instructions\015\012the company sent me were how to install the dishwasher under the\015\012counter. I took the dishwasher out, turned it over, looked for an\015\012obvious kick plate removal or something. But not wanting to break\015\012anything, do you have any hints on how to remove and install a heater\015\012in this unit?\015

In order to replace te heater in that unit, it must be remove from cabinet, and taken apart, it is very labor intensive, in order to access the heater, youll need to remove eh lower plastic pan from D/W. in order to get that removed, hte side panels need to come off.Past that its not a very technical, you have the heater in hand so you know what your looking for. problem is its like Part number 1 when manufacturing, , so youll need to peel back the layers till you get there, remembering where it all goes when you need to reassemble.im in the field, dont not service bosch on a regular basis, but last heater change i did took close to 3 hours.as far a pictorial i know there is a service manual (80pgs)for this d/w, i was unable to find it to post a link for you.I would honestly consider perhaps calling a servicer for this depending on your comfort level.
It is purely a technical task call a technician from BOSCH.
