Dishwasher keeps running I have a Bosche dishwasher and the water keeps running. As long as we run it and don't stop it, the pump will continue to drain about every 3 minutes. The water just keeps running though. If we open it to empty the dishes, the cycle will stop. But the water keeps running, filling the tub, and then overflows, flooding the kitchen and drains through our wood floors to the basement below. Our ASKO seems to have a similar problem. I started the dishwasher, and the water ke

I have a Kenmore Elite dishwasher (2004) and recently it has been leaking internally at a very slow pace. When not in use it will slowly fill until the floor of the unit is filled and then leak onto the kitchen floor unless we press the drain button and then it drains completely. The water seems to be coming from the front of the washer, potentially from the door itself. The amount of leakage is barely discernible but will fill over the course of a 24 hour period. How can I shut off the water supply to the dishwasher? It fills slowly with water from the top (while not running), and then water spills out over the kitchen floor. By pressing the 'Drain' button, the water will drain out, but I have to get to it before it floods. It takes about 4 hours for it to get to the overflow stage. It is a Jennair model, about 9 years old. We have a lot of limescale, it is probably time to replace it, but for the moment my main concern is to stop the leak. Thank you for

Each time we run the machine the water level drains back to the normal amount in the bottom of the washer after the cycle is complete. Water Leak My dishwasher is an Ariston Advantage AF250: I have been told that internally its the same as a Hotpoint DF55. New dishwasher (Beko 2542F slimline model). Put it on for 1st time last night -when I got up this morning, the cycle which should have taken just over 2 hours hadn't finished. There's soapy water in the bottom of the machine which hasn't drained and the "wash" light is still on. Looks like the dishes are clean but hasn't moved onto the rinse/dry part. Followed instruction in manual to drain it (hold start stop button till lights flash and should drain in 45 sec) but nothing happened.

SHX46B I have a 4 year old Dishwasher that filled up with clean water on it's own and leaked on the floor. There appears to ba a float switch switch on the very bottom of the unit that runs the pump if this happens. I'm thinking it may be a bad or leaky fill valve but how can I check?

The overflow air drain on top of the sink that is connected to two hoses under the sink is leaking. It leaks out the top onto the counter. I took it abart but am afriad I did not put it back together right. There is a rubber ring that I think must be for sealing and I put it directly on the counter and then screwed down the air valve over this and water s coming out of the air flow valve and all over the counter.
