Having problems with your Bosch 24 in. SHX46A02 / SHX46A06 Built-in Dishwasher ?

I have been negligent in not cleaning out the filters and after the unit more or less stopped, I pulled the two filters finding them full of what looked like soap scum. I cleaned them best I could (but noticed the inner filter still had most of the small holes blocked) Started the unit and it cleaned alright for a couple of days. Last night after running a load all the water did not empty from the bottom of the tub? Any suggestion on what wrong? Bought the unit on 1/19/05. Thanks

\015\012\015\012Thanks\015\012for using FixYa. Dishwasher not draining properly or not draining at all issues\015\012can arise due to different reasons. Usually, these issues are related to\015\012kinked hoses, knocked out disposer unit (if connected with the dishwasher drain\015\012hose) & clogged drain pump & filter. Also note that dishwashers do not\015\012drain completely after a finished cycle and this is normal. Dishwashers are\015\012designed to leave some water in the unit to ensure that the heating element\015\012doesn’t overheat. If you suddenly begin to experience a large amount of water\015\012being retained in your dishwasher, you have a problem. Some of the most common\015\012reasons include that the drain hose isn’t working properly, the drain pump\015\012isn’t working correctly, or possibly there is a plumbing problem in your home’s\015\012drain lines. First check whether the drain is not clogged or blocked and the\015\012line is not kinked. Check all the hoses for blockages & also clean the air\015\012gap. If you have checked the drain hose and can’t locate the problem, then it\015\012is an issue with the drain pump of the dishwasher. Please do accept the\015\012solution if the issue is resolved or post a comment for further assistance.

My Kenmore Ultra Wash, type 575D does not drain after completing all cycles. I can get it to drain by pressing the cancel/drain button a couple of times. I have checked the filters and they are clean. What could be the problem? I believe the unit is only about 4 years old and it doesn't get over-used. Thanks. Jim Seibert

I own the Siemans SL34A006UC dishwasher which had the recall repair completed. Now it doesn't work right. The unit goes through any of the cleaning choices but when it comes time to drain, the unit stops for a few seconds, swishes water for a couple seconds, stops again, then swishes for a couple seconds, stops and then goes back in to regular cleaning mode until the timer reaches zero. At each drain cycle, it does the same thing earlier mentioned 3 times in a row, then back to washing. The unit

I've a Kenmore - Whirlpool dishwasher purchased in 7/2002(665.17574200), which seems clogged. T The ''Accumulator Assembly'' (8268429) filter is clean, and I've stripped the unit down to the plastic components. This has happened once before, and the repair person cleaned some kind of secondary filter, but I can't locate that filter on the parts diagram. I'm guessing it's below the ''Protector inlet'' (8268390). Either I buy a new dishwasher, which seems a waste, or I find out how to clear the

I have a Miele G892 SC dishwasher. When I start the cycle, it drains (except for a bit of water left below the triple filter). After that, the intake valve opens and water enters. It then does nothing for a period of time until the "intake/drain" indicator light starts flashing. When I open the unit, I find about 1/2in of water in the tub (above the tripe filter). I have 1. cleaned the intake valve filter (no blockage found) 2. Inspected the drain line at the base of the unit as well as t

Wash impeller is cracked where it slides onto the hexagon rod but it you take the filter flow plate off and put the impeller back on, when you put the unit on rinse only and quickly open the door you can see it is still turning and moving the water. The unit still fills and drains. it just does not have enough force with the impeller to force the water into the spray arms.

I have a LG Dishwasher LD 14AW3 it fills and runs for about 30 min. It then appears that when it tries to rinse it cannot get water and flashes "1E". Hi, I have a Fisher Paykel DD603I (integrated) dishdrawer unit. The bottom drawer soap dispenser has water in it after it runs (and leftover soap), and there is a small amount of water sitting in the bottom of the drawer. The dishes don't get totally clean. I have removed and cleaned the spray arm, drain filter, filter plate and bottom of tub. Found nothing clogged or particularly dirty. Put all the parts back in and everything moves freely. Ran it empty, and same problem occurred.

I have taken the front panel off but am not sure where the float device is located - I am wondering if it is just to the left of what looks like a solenoid. There is no water in the base of the unit in the front panel so would rule out any leaks. Reset program and turned off power at socket but still not using hot water. Possible PCB issue ?
