Bosch SHY56A05UC/14 How do i install a drain hose into the back of the dishwasher
My bosch dishwasher will not dry the dishes
There is a pass through the lower back side of the dishwasher that also has a restraining device to prevent drain hose from being pulled off of drain pump. After passing hose through this opening, connect hose to drain pump. Note: there is another restraining device built into lower plastic housing which has a finger notch to accept hose and keeps the drain hose engaged in to drain pump by not allowing hose to back out of drain pump/ hose interface.

There are two hoses coming from my Bosch SHE45M06UC dishwasher. One is obviously the drain coming from the back of the unit, and the other is attached to the side looped and not connected to anything. I went online to the Bosch website for a installation manual and it describes this hose as a air venting hose. Does the end attach anywhere or does it just hang loose on the unit. My husband detached it from its original position and thought it was part of the water line. HELP!

I have a whirlpool gold model GU1500 diswasher. When the rinse cycle ends the water pumps out into the garbage disposal like it should, but then water backs-up from somewhere into the bottom of the dishwasher. The overfill protection drain seems OK...the water doesn't overflow. It doesn't have a air gap on the sink. The drain hose goes directly from the dishwasher to the inlet on the garbage disposal. It appears to be properly installed per the installation instructions. The washer is about 4 ye

Bosch dishwasher SHX46A05UC/40 is making noise when draining. I have cleaned the screen and hose back to the drain and removed all debris. So it seem to be the 'drain pump'. But replacing it - now that seem complex - is it? Looks like I would have to stand the DW on its head and remove the base and then replace the pump. Anyone know if I am on the right track? Could it be something else?
I have a Bosch dishwasher, model #SHU43C02UC/14, which has stopped working - no water enters the inside nor is there any drain cycle - just nothing. At the same time, I had to have the new control board put in as part of the Bosch recall. The tech comes out, puts in the new board - still nothing. He says something is wrong with the board even though the problem existed before the new board was installed. He takes everything back to his shop and tells me he's trying to contact Bosch tech support

I am trying to install a new Maytag MDBH945AWB Dishwasher and have to run the drain hose under the machine in order to get it to the sink. Each time I try to use the hose that comes with the machine it snaps in two and breaks. I have tried to look for a replacement hose that would stand up to the abuse but all I can find is the original. Is there a replacement I can get that is more flexible than the one that comes with it? At this point I am rather embarrased about going back to Home Depot

Bosch SHU992SUC Dishwasher does not drain. It's not clogged in the external hose, the filters are not dirty. I moved the Dishwasher outside and ran it with the input attached to the garden hose and the output drain hose laying on the ground so there is absolutely no chance of restriction due to the way it's plumbed in. This model does not even show up on Bosch web site. I guess I have to start taking apart the machine blind with no service manual. Ideas? It's less than 10 years old I think. M

I have tried everything mentioned in the booklet (make sure water is hot, use the jet-dry stuff, make sure outflow hose doesn't allow water back in). I have to siphon out at least a good bucketful of water. (Also, only the regular wash cycle works, which is fine with me.)

Hi! We just installed our LG LDF8812WW built in dishwasher. We ran our first cycle and after the wash cycle the dishwasher displayed error code OE. I read that it meant there is a problem with the drainage, and to check the hose if it is kinked. Well, the hose is not kinked and we have no idea why it would have a problem with the draining. We have the hose set up per the installation instructions. How can we check to for something clogged? Any suggestions?
