Water is not heating during cycle request instructions

\015\012most Bosch d/ws have a boil dry switch on the instantaneous water heater, if the machine is not fully filling then it will not heat. With the power isolated, remove the lid (no screws usually, release two clips at back, slide lid back and off). Open door and remove two t20 screw securing right side panel. Looking at the side straight on..look at the pressure chamber bottom right, this may be blocked, also check the hose attached that feeds the water into the tank for blockages, fat build up etc. Clean if necessary. Try a quick wash with dispenser closed, when you hear dispenser open, leave for 5mins running and then check that the water is getting warm, if not continue on....
\015\012Remove the right panel, look low and to the bottom right, there is usually a clear plastic sheet that protect from leak, remove it and you'll see the heater, test across terminals for continuity and resistance (20-30 ohms)....if you don't know how to do this and the pressure chamber check did not rectify the fault, this is when you need to call an expert.
\015\012Lastly, if the first two steps have not rectified the fault, the heater relay on the module may have blown, call expert.
\015\012Hope this helps

I have a new Frigidaire FDB1050RE diswasher. I ran it for the first time set on normal wash and pressing both the Hi-temp wash and heat dry button. This cycle is supposed to take a total of 89 minutes to complete including the drying cycle. After 89 minutes it was still in the wash cycle so I cancelled it to preserve sanity. In the instruction manual it states that the water temperature must be above 120°F. Our building's water heating unit is set at 110°F. Why there is a lower temperature

It should still work pretty well but you probably can't use the high temp wash because it will take too long for the dishwasher to heat up the water enough to satisfy the high temp washer thermostat. If the thermostat's calibrated closing temperature ... Frigidaire Dishwashers

Sounds like the heater inside the dishwasher is not working. The machine is trying to get the water up to a preset temperature, probably in the neighborhood of 140 degrees. That is one of the things that it is sensing. After the machine fi ... Dishwashers

I have been using Finish gelpacs w/jetdry & also have a off brand drying agent in reservior to help dry dishes. The water temperature is set pretty hot & washer is draining good. I have tried checking wash cycle a few minutes into 1st cycle to see if water is in filling & heating. Didn't know if maybe heating element going out or thermostat not working? If I switch off, open the machine & pour an extra pint of water in, shut the door & switch on again the wash takes place and completes perfectly to specification. We have just purchased and installed our dishwasher. Towards the end of the cycles it has a very high pitch noise when the heated drying cycle. Is this normal, or is there something wrong? It is VERY annoying - it reminds us of a 'ringing in the ears' noise. Also - is there a listing of time for each cycle? It seems that it runs a LONG time in each cycle that I have tried - with or without any specific instruction, i.e. heated dry. Thank you.

When dishwasher is set to begin, sensor takes very long period of time. Cycles are longer than minutes indicated. Dishwasher fills with water but does not wash. Water then drains as though cycle is complete and moves to next cycle. Then the process continues. When cycle for drying is reached, much heat is given and occasionally it smells as though there is burning. A 82 minute procedure turns into hours.
