Dishwasher confused Dishwasher was switched off just after cycle commenced (tablet had been released). On restarting dishwasher, it wouldn't take in water and has just been going through the motions of the cycle without anything happening. Even when the power button on the machine is switched off or the door is opened, the motor continues to run but without water. Water is definitely switched on under sink. I think the computer is confused - can you please help?

I suspect this is nothing to do with switching off during the cycle.take the bottom plate off and check if there is water leaked into the bottom pan. alternatively, if you can, tilt the machine back to 45deg and see if water runs out.most ... Dishwashers

Bosch logixx dishwasher sounds like its running continuously & will go through entire program but does not fill or wash. Filled it with hot water manually to try for air locks & it does drain out. Then continues to attempt to drain even while door is opened. My amateur guess is that its a float switch but can I get at it from the inside or from the back? If thats what it is. Hope you can help, thanks.John

Re: Bosch Dishwasher Model SHX46B06UC/14 (year 2003) Good afternoon, I have water dripping into my dishwasher when it is not in use, approximately up to 1/2 inch over a few hours. The water collects at the bottom inside the dishwasher. I have to shut off the dishwasher water supply so that it does not overflow. Other than that, the dishwasher works perfect! Any idea as to what has to be replaced? Can I do it myself or do I have to call a technician. Thanks very much for your help.

Bosch Dishwasher My 8 year old Bosch is not draining. It will not go past 1 minute on the rinse cycle, and 13 minutes on the regular cycle. For the past few weeks I have noticed a lot of bubbles in the bottom of the dishwasher after it is done, but it was draining. Now it's full of water and will not go past the 1 minute mark. I need to fix this, I can fix this, I just need some expert advise on how to do this myself. Thanks!

I have a Bosch SHU9915UC/U11 dishwasher, installed in 2002. Recently, our hot water heater had to be replaced, and we were without hot water for five days. Air got into the hot water pipes, and dried out all the debri in the lines. When we got the new hot water heater going, all of the sediment in the pipes ended up in the in-line screen filters in various appliances (clothes washer, etc.). I have cleaned these out, and these appliances are fine. Since then, the dishwasher has been shutting

My trusty Bosch s510 Dishwasher which has been going strong for about 17 years (at least) has just decided not to empty itself. I noticed the bottom was full of water after a wash. I emptied all the water out by hand and presuming there is a blockage in the drain tried using a plunger to unblock it. I have since put it through another cycle and half way through water started leaking out of the front. At the end of the cycle the bottom of the dishwasher was again full of hot 'soapy' water. Have a Bosch shy56a05uc dishwasher that suddenly stopped working to a point. I believe it is related to the door latch switch, because I don't feel the door securely latch shut when I close it, and I also don't get any cycle lights or times registered on the LED readout. If I depress the on switch, the drain pump will start even with the door open, and, depending on how long I leave the switch on, water will start to fill in the dishwasher, open or not.

I have a bosch dishwasher SHE43C06UC22 (non-LED version). It's stuck in the drain cycle and continues to run even when opening the door (it should stop, but it doesn't). As a test, I poured a large glass of water in the bottom of the dishwasher and it drained it into the sink as it should, but it continues to run in the drain mode with no water in it. Frigidaire Dishwasher FDB740RC. Not cleaning dishes well. Just in the past couple weeks. When the dishwasher fills with water, how full should it get. When mine fills, it definitely doesn't go up to the element, and just barely makes it to the float switch (not enough to trigger it), makes it to just below the base of it, doesn't come up the side of it at all. Is this normal, or should there be more water. The Water valve has been replaced already.
