Having problems with your Bosch SHU3306UC Built-in Dishwasher ?

Our Bosch dishwasher has water filling back in bottom of dishwasher after cycle is complete. You can empty dishwasher and no water will be in the bottom, but several hours later the water has filled the bottom

Answers :

Check the drain line underneath the sink.
It should be suspended just below the counter top.
If it is too low, water from the sink will back fill into the dishwasher.
If the drain is OK,then the dishwasher water valve is defective.

Hello, We have a combination oven and dishwasher. Last week I filled up the dishwasher and after about 5 minutes a blue spark came out at the bottom and it cut the electricity off. Once the electricity was restored we started it again and after a few minutes it just stopped after filling up with water. It blew a fuse again but only one fuse this time and now doesn't switch on anymore. We have emptied all the water from the dishwasher and checked the filter, etc and wonder what could have gone wr

Dishwasher problem Indesit 320 dishwasher will not run through the program. It fills up starts washing, & continues washing. Fills with water & will not empty or dry. I have checked & the waste is not blocked. Have had a good feel around the bottom (internally) & there do not seem to be any obstructions. Can anyone help? Could it be the "control module" if there is such a thing? Many Thanks

I wired my Bosch Dishwasher wrong and did a quick wash with it. Later on it stopped working and I figured out I had wired it wrong. I then disconnected it and rewired it. It buzzes for a bit then swishes some water around inside then buzzes again. When I open the door after it says clean it has murky water in the bottom like it was mixed with soap but never emptied. What did I do?

My glassware almost seems like it has breadcrumbs stuck to it. I have run several empty cycles but the problem persists. Is there a filter I am supposed to be cleaning or something? After working perfectly for years, I came home yesterday and the dishwasher had gone through it's whole cycle (including drying) but the bottom was fully filled with water. I emptied the dishwasher and tried to put it through a "rinse and hold" cycle to see if it would drain, but that didn't work. I pulled out the filter--it's clean as a whistle. Any thoughts? PLEASE?? thanks!

My trusty Bosch s510 Dishwasher which has been going strong for about 17 years (at least) has just decided not to empty itself. I noticed the bottom was full of water after a wash. I emptied all the water out by hand and presuming there is a blockage in the drain tried using a plunger to unblock it. I have since put it through another cycle and half way through water started leaking out of the front. At the end of the cycle the bottom of the dishwasher was again full of hot 'soapy' water. My Kenmore Elite dishwasher (model 665.17462300) is not spraying the water from the basin in the bottom up through the rest of the dishwasher. The basin fills with water, then just makes a humming noise and appears to splash a little of the water around the very bottom of the dishwasher. When we cancel the cycle, it does drain out the water from the basin. I cleaned all the gunk and debris out of the basin in the bottom, but it didn't make any difference.

I have an older Bosch dishwasher I just hooked up in my condo. Kenmore dishwasher. The upper rack is not getting clean. Even very light residue remains. And, detergent is left in door at end of cycle. The bottom is filling up, so I don't think it's the intake valve. Also, all the blade openings appear clear. I am noticing that hot water is not filling the dishwasher when I first run the cycle. Even if I have hot water running in the sink, the dishwasher fills with cold or warm water. So, I think this is the problem. What should I do? Thank you in advance!

I cleaned the filter and everything else looks okay, but it is still leaving some water in the tub.
