Can'r pull the cord on my pressure washer. it seems to be ceased.

\015 I pull on the cord to try and start my pressure washer. It start to pull it and then stops like it is ceased. How can I fix this. Have not used it in a year, I checked the fuel, the spark plub and the oil. All of those are good.\015
