The washing, heated dry, and normal wash light just flash. I have unplugged and plugged it back in several time, i tried restting it by holding down the Rinse only button for 15 seconds. I pressed the high temp ater, heated dry, high temp water, heated dry buttons to try to reset. I also ran the hot water line that feeds the dishwasher until the water was hot. Nothing has helped. The machine is18 months old and therefor no longer under warranty.

Yes I have a whirlpool DU1345XTVB1 dishwasher. Just got in July. After each wash cycle the dishes are not dry. I have been using Finish gelpacs w/jetdry & also have a off brand drying agent in reservior to help dry dishes. The water temperature is set pretty hot & washer is draining good. I have tried checking wash cycle a few minutes into 1st cycle to see if water is in filling & heating. Didn't know if maybe heating element going out or thermostat not working? Thank you for your time.

I have a new Frigidaire FDB1050RE diswasher. I ran it for the first time set on normal wash and pressing both the Hi-temp wash and heat dry button. This cycle is supposed to take a total of 89 minutes to complete including the drying cycle. After 89 minutes it was still in the wash cycle so I cancelled it to preserve sanity. In the instruction manual it states that the water temperature must be above 120°F. Our building's water heating unit is set at 110°F. Why there is a lower temperature

It should still work pretty well but you probably can't use the high temp wash because it will take too long for the dishwasher to heat up the water enough to satisfy the high temp washer thermostat. If the thermostat's calibrated closing temperature ... Frigidaire Dishwashers

Our dishes smell like vomit after they have dried. We run them through the dishwasher, they seem to smell okay. Then when Dry, the smell returns. We have tried vinegar and tang rinses to no avail. We have turned up the heat of our water to scalding, that hasn't helped. We have disconnected drain hose and there is no smell there. What can we do to get rid of this awful smell? I have a Kenmore Elite dishwasher (model 665.1315), and the dishwasher will run through the wash cycle as expected, but when it gets to the heated dry cycle , it doesn't appear to dry. It will then flash a fault code 81 (8 short flashes of the 'clean' light, pause, and then 1 more short flash of the 'clean' light, longer pause, and repeat the code). The dishes seem to be somewhat dry, but there is certainly water on the dishes and on the tub (there is never any water standing in the tub, and t

I have a 2 year old Electrolux ESL 63010 dishwasher, and it worked perfect until a few days ago, when it did not wash cleanly and the dishes came out cold. I read a few forums and it seemed to indicate the heating element. So I ordered one a fitted it, but still the water is not getting hot, or drying the dishes after the complete cycle. I have done a visual check of the PCB board, which looks clean and good. No error sounds, and it completes all programs, but with cold water and no drying. W

When I take a glass or cup out of the dish washer after they are cleaned and heat dried, or a day plus from the cabinet to put cold water, too many small bubles are floating on top the water surface, as a soap-like condition; it clears up shortly. The tech told me it is normal. I think it is not normal because I suspect the rinsing is not totally complete because of the water conservation design. Am I drinking soap-water?

I have a GE dishwasher model GLDL560N10SS. I noticed a burning smell coming from it the other day and then realized that although I can hear water running into the dishwasher when I start it, it never actually runs in the sense that the water is pushed through the various outlets to wash the dishes. I'm assuming that it is because the unit is dry and the heating element is still coming on that it is causing a burning smell. If I open the unit and reset it, it pumps the water back out into the si

Problem: dishwasher (moel MDB6601AWW) will not run.
