I have a Kitchen Aid KUDS03CTSS3 dishwasher. Dirty water is staying at the bottom and nothing comes out the drain hose during the entire cycle. The drain hose is looped above the kitchen P-trap, although for a time it wasn't. I use a wet vac to get the water out but there is still water below the fine filter. I thought if I could get the fine filter off, I could clean out the bottom as I think that it's full of crud down there that may be blocking things. I can't figure out how to get the l

I have the two drawer dishwasher. It's about 10 years old. The top drawer continues to work OK but for the last three attempts when I run the bottom drawer water gets out into the drip pan below and gives the F1 signal. I can dry the drip pan out and clear the F1 signal so the top drawer works. But running the bottom drawer causes water to leak again with the resultant F1 signal. There is very little water in the bottom drawer (just a little in the filter bowl) so I think the pump is pumping

I have the GLD 4560 NSS and it is no longer draining. The tub stays completely full. When you start it, the water in the tub is reused then it does not drain. No noise or anything when the draining or filling should actually be taking place. Hoses are not kinked, no leaks, no air vent, it drains directly to the disposal. Everything seems OK but it is full of water. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

How can I shut off the water supply to the dishwasher? It fills slowly with water from the top (while not running), and then water spills out over the kitchen floor. By pressing the 'Drain' button, the water will drain out, but I have to get to it before it floods. It takes about 4 hours for it to get to the overflow stage. It is a Jennair model, about 9 years old. We have a lot of limescale, it is probably time to replace it, but for the moment my main concern is to stop the leak. Thank you for

Previously, I had this code and followed the instructions found here and resolved the problem (a foreign object had blocked the drain). I have a DU8000XX6 series Kenmore dishwasher that won't drain the water properly. There is about a half inch of water in the tub and the float is raised (not sitting on tub bottom). When I lift up the float a little more I can hear the float switch make. I would assume that when the water is high enough the float switch makes and energizes a solenoid valve in the drain to drain the water, but shouldn't it stay open until all the water drains? My WHirlpool dishwasher won't drain - basin is full of water. Machine starts and runs the drain cycle, but something is clogged. I opened up the bottom, and pulled off the drain hose to the disposal, and that had no water in it, so the clog is somewhere before the water gets to the hose. If I run the dishwasher drain cycle, it is not pumping water into the hose. What next?

My trusty Bosch s510 Dishwasher which has been going strong for about 17 years (at least) has just decided not to empty itself. I noticed the bottom was full of water after a wash.
