Having problems with your Fisher and Paykel 23 in. DD-603SS Built-in Dishwasher ?

Cannot turn my fisher and paykel dishwasher off..keeps beeping and motors are running in both draws. I have taken the bottom draw out and it is dry.. I can only turn it off if I turn the house mains off (then everything else is off!!)

Answers :

I am assuming you infer that the bottom of the dishwasher is dry when you took the bottom drawer out. This means the floodswitch located on the power filter board at the bottom of dishwasher might be faulty. Do you get any Fault code on the display.

Hi, I've got DS 603 single draw dishwasher Ser. No. CPM 739878, It has given a fl code for the flood switch. I have removed the draw and made the observation that the lower steel housing has partially flooded, hence the code. I intend to replace the flexible hoses Input and discharge hose. I am wondering once I replace the hoses, dry the housing and associated printed circuit bourd area should the fault code reset its self or is there further tech. assist required. The draw was manafactured

In the catch basis there is a printed circuit board that contains a sensor that detects moisture. Once throughly dry however, the sensor will no longer sense moisture and the flood code will cease and desist.BUT before replacing the hoses, (alo ... Fisher and Paykel Dishwashers

We have an ariston LS 620A dishwasher. For the last year every few months the dishwasher seems to cause a short in our electrical box causing all the power to go out in our house. It is only when the dishwasher is on that this occurs. We turn the power back on and everything, tv computer etc starts then turn the dishwasher on and everything shorts out again. We have had an electrician in who said that there was no electrical problem and that it was the dishwasher. After 2 months or so the dishw

Dishwasher fills tub continuously until float turns it off whether in cyle, during drying or after cyle complete. That means during drying when the dishwasher is trying to dry the dishes the tub fills up preventing drying. This is a new dishwasher that I've never used. I allways noticed the tub was full of water, but thought that was just to keep the seals moist so they don't rot. I've been in my house 5 years and only hand washed my dishes because it was more convienient. Now that there ar

Whirlpool dishwasher part #3385181. Machine had gone thru wash cycle and was starting to dry. Smelled electrical burning smell, opened washer door and washer was filled with smoke. Turned everything off, cleared smoke, and the washer water dispenser is very hard to turn. Washer has symptoms of burnt up motor that turns water dispenser. Machine is 12 years old. A problem started two days ago where; when it runs through a normal washing cycle; it contuously beeps about every 1 second when it reaches the Drying Cycle and the LED Green light flashes next to the Drying . I reset the breaker and tried again; same thing happened as it went through the normal cycle and when it reached the Drying part; same thing happened. I just bought the Kenmore Ultra Wash Dishwasher model # 665.1389. It worked about 4 times then before the it finished it lost power while it was running. Now it won't turn back on at all. I done everything in the trouble shooting manual and nothing worked. It's not the circuit breaker either. Everything else on the same breaker works fine. What could it be?

Anyone have experience with a Fisher Paykel double draw dishwasher (model DD24) getting stuck in wash mode? Once it hits exactly 48 minutes it stays there. Only several hours later it cycles through OR you have to turn it off put it in rinse mode to complete. Already tried all the basics (unplugging, no fault codes, cycled through the diagnostics everything good and working). Did the quick diagnostic cycle of 14 minutes and everything cycled through fine. The pump doesn't seem to put out enough water pressure to turn the various revolving heads/nozzles in the washer - all washing heads are operable (ie unblocked) while the S shaped nozzle at the base and the small round nozzle at the top/ceiling of the cabinet do revolve slightly or slowly - but the two main nozzles spout water but not enough to revolve Is this a defective pump or a partially blocked pump ? - or something else - I have checked everything else and they appear to be functioning

The likely cause of this is a failed heater element which would cause the fuse to blow. You will need to get the heater element checked out and replaced if necessary. Strange behaviour! Hi. Our machine has been unused and plumbed in since we moved into the property (18mths ago) and not required its services until recently. After filling with appropriate rinse aid, salt etc.. We choose the appropriate cycle [1. Intensive or 2. Many thanks
