F1 error code on both dishwasher drawers. - Fisher and Paykel 24 in. DD603H W Built-in Dishwasher

Answers :

Unit is in flood protection mode (caused by leak), can be cleared by removing bottom draw and drying the residual water around and under the Rfi/flood sensor board. This problem is usually caused by iether the support that suspends the wiring and hoses behind the draw and tucks them out of the way when you open and close it snapping and jamming between the tub and the lid or the actuators that close the lid wearing out. Both parts on both draws can (and should) be replaced even if it is only one that has caused the fault as they are all problematic. Replacement parts have been modified to be alot more reliable and will need to be retrofitted. Unless the unit is of the later issue which already has these parts fitted from factory, (you can tell if it has by the link supports being a pivoting stainless steel type instead of white plastic, and the lid motors being black instead of a creamy colour) in which case you have probably stacked something too high which stopped the lid from closing properly causing the leak and you have already solved this by drying the base! Phew!

We just installed a Fisher & Paykel DD603 dishwasher. Intially it would not drain correctly. And, proceeded to flood the bottom and set off the F1 error code. I dried out the bottom to get the F1 code to stop, which it did. After adjusting the leveling the dishwasher drained both drawers correctly, once. A few minutes after the rinse cycle had finished and the drawers were empty of water the F1 code started again. Now it will not go away unless I unplug the machine. I dried out the bottom very w

F2 Code Hey, I have a single drawer built in Fisher & Paykel dish drawer and today I pulled the spray arm, filter and large metal screen out to clean them as we have been starting to get a bit of stuff left behind after washing lately. That was all good After putting it all back in though I went to use the dishwasher and it stopped and came up with an F2 fault, I thought I may not have put the bits back in properly so pulled them out again and noticed that on the rotor that connects the motor to

Our 2 drawer Fisher and Paykel dishwasher is automatically starting its own washing cycle (well, motor starts, but no water appears to be entering), then it shows F1 error message and a spanner icon flashes. Within 30 secs of this occurring on one drawer, this starts on the other drawer. Only way to stop is to switch off at power socket. Any idea what the error message is telling me?
