How do I remove the main conduit on my GE Triton XL dishwasher? The cover inlet that traps food from going down the drain somehow came off and clogged up the drain. I got the drain cleared but cannot get the cover back on and need to move the main conduit (pipe connecting lower and upper arms) before I can get it on. Anyone know before I spend too much $ finding someone to fix it?

I have a Maytag DWU8250BAX and the thing leaks like crazy. I just replaced the door gasket, but that is not the problem. When I took a closer look at the door it seems as though the water is getting up and into the door through a space in the bottom of the door. It seems to me like there should be another door seal to fill a gap that sits between the door hinges. If anyone knows if there should be a seal here and then what the part number might be that would be great. Thanks!

There is an airgap under the door..it should spray up and run down the door not spray up under it..look for crack or hole in spray arm..if there is the wrong soap in it it will flood out with lots of bubbles..just have to flush it out. lastly, if you ... Dishwashers

Hi I've inherited a Zanussi DA6142 Dishwasher from a recent house move. It was treated quite poorly by students who I suspect ran it without the filters in place. I've used a dishwasher cleaner and was able to pull out the lower spray arm and rinse out all the crud that was blocking it (small stones, food, plastic, pieces of glass, paper, etc) but I cannot for the life of me work out how to get the upper spray arm out. The PDF manual I've downloaded for this model says DO NOT remove upper spra

I have a Troybuilt pressure washer which has a Honda GC160 engine. The engine starts easily but quits after about a minute. One pull and it re-starts, then quits in a minute....... This goes on for as long as I want to keep re-starting it. Anyone know what it might be? I pulled the carb off and blew out all of the various ports I could find. I did not remove the carb adjustment screws as I have not had any luck getting them back in place during previous problems with other gas engines.

Need the wiring diagram for the front panel/door of the dishwasher. The wiring diagram in the owners manual does not provide adequate description of which wires connect where. My problem is that, in taking off the door, two wires became disconnected and I cannot tell where they should be reconnected. I called Viking and they are unwilling to provide this (they prefer I call an authorized repair person). Does anyone know whether a repair manual exists for this and where I might get ahold of one.

My dishwasher is leaking from underneath, front left as you look at it. If i go underneath it, there appears to be a seal on the outside (it does not appear to be the one that runs along the bottom of the inside of the dishwasher) that has come away at one point. Do you know a) how to get the front panel off (the bit that makes it look built in),b) how can i get another one of these seals. I assume if i get one we can just fit it into place. Many thanks, Robyn J

The dishwasher will not drain. The motor hums. We have tried to remove the central unit inside the dishwasher, but cannot remove the inner black disk --it has a bolt, but we cannot get a good grip to twist it out. We suspect that under the mesh covering is a lot of gunk that needs to be cleaned out.

Hi. I have an LG LDF7810 dishwasher. I did a deep clean and ended up taking out a bunch of grease from the seal between the door-bottom and the tub. I even removed the door to get at the grease I thought was trapped back there. Since then it has been leaking water, sometimes a drip and a couple of times a few ounces have gushed out at the end of a fill cycle. Did I remove some factory grease designed to seal the door bottom? If so, what should I replace it with? If not, what else could the

It is possible that while you removed off the grease the water seal/oil seal was also damaged. Once the seal is taken out it can loose the sealing strength which can make it possible to leak.\015\012Hence it will be good to remove the seal and ... LG 24 in. LDF7810 Built-in Dishwasher

I have a whirpool Quiet Partner III, and the top layer of glasses is not getting clean. I had a technichian out some time ago, and the problrem was caused by food debris trppaed in the filter in the wash module. My SGS55M72AU/65 does not get rid of its drain water, although that wee pump in the bottom is clearly working (which I could see after removing filters and pump cover). There is no blockage near the drain pipe connection, so I infer there is a blockage somewhere inside the dishwasher, in a place I can't get to without further instruction. I've removed most of the drain water and pulled the unit out, so I could lay it on its side and start taking screws out. But I much prefer to have some guidanc

A glass shattered in a thousand pieces in the dishwasher. I cleaned and vacuumed everything except the very bottom that I can't get to. I took out 8 screws, removing the round rotator piece at the bottom, but that still doesn't get me into the very bottom where I'm certain there is still glass. Question #1 - Will leaving the glass down there hurt anything? Question #2 - If yes, how do I get the rest of the part off without damaging it? I have a 10+ yr old Model DU920QWDB3 Thank y
