I am having issues with my dishwasher where it appears to be working but does not clean. Hot water does enter the unit and drains properly but is not cleaning. Muck is still on the door, the arms are wet. Also, normal cycle with no extra features selected (i.e. High Heat, etc.) takes over 1 hour and 20 minutes. Sounds appear to be normal, draining, filling, etc. Thanks!

No\015\012 you need not wash the dishes but just cleaning of the debris and then \015\012putting it in the dishwasher for proper cleaning will help you to \015\012prevent the drain from getting blocked.\015\012\015\012 ... Dishwashers

Yes I have a whirlpool DU1345XTVB1 dishwasher. Just got in July. After each wash cycle the dishes are not dry. I have been using Finish gelpacs w/jetdry & also have a off brand drying agent in reservior to help dry dishes. The water temperature is set pretty hot & washer is draining good. I have tried checking wash cycle a few minutes into 1st cycle to see if water is in filling & heating. Didn't know if maybe heating element going out or thermostat not working? Thank you for your time.

Hi. We have a Bosch 4072 6301 which is about 9 years old and has always worked well. Recently is has begun to leave dishes unclean, particularily on the top shelf but also on the bottom. I have checked the water jets for blockages, checked the drain (as far as it is accessible). The heating element stills works as there is steam when the door is opened. If I open in the middle of the cycle I can see water coming out of the jets correctly, I can't tell if the pressure is correct. Any th

Our SB915WJ doesn't heat water though the heating element is ok, I checked with my multimeter. Is there a mains relay or something i need to change in the circuitry to fix this problem? Does anyone out there have a service manual you can email me? Also the fan drier isn't working, also the relay that is supposed to flip open the soap dispenser doesn't work. The unit is only eighteen months old. I'm not impressed with it's working life.

It appears that water is not running through the dishwasher or that the sprayers are not working correctly. There doesn't appear to be a clog. However, I did find a round rubber "washer" (I think that is what they are called) laying in the bottom of the dishwasher - where does this part go. It was working fine until this wash. The heating element works fine but like I said it appears that something may be wrong with the spray tower. Please advise Model number of Hotpoint: HDA3420Z01BB T

It does drain when while filling, and if the flood detection rod is raised manually (also drains if the inlet pipe beyond the pressure sensor is blocked - found

My GE Profile Performance dishwasher (GSD 4910) doesn't drain. I hear the pump working, and water draining into the sink (not a disposal) as it should, but water is left standing in the tub about as high as the heating element. I have taken it apart and removed a few small items stuck in the system in various places, but that didn't affect anything. I have read here and there about the piston and nut assembly, but I don't think my model has that -- or maybe it does? Can you affer a

I think I need to check the water pump/motor on my Bosch SHU43C dishwasher. It seems the water enters at the start of the wash cycle but then there is silence through the remainder of the cycles. Water will not spray. The drain appears to work ok to drain most of the water out. I have the washer out and upside down. Any hints on removing the base to get access to the pump? Should AI be looking at the control panel also for a fault? (the cycles seem to count down ok)

Hi, I have a Kenmore 15879 that is basically working except the bottom water spinner...lol (don't know technical name). The dishwasher pumps the water into the bottom of the dishwasher, will heat the water, but not disperse the water in the spinning sprinkler manner it's suposed to. I've opened the dishwasher in time to see that water is spurting out of the holes about 2" high, but it's just not spinning. The water also drains just fine after the whole cycle.
