GU1500XTLS3 Periodically won't start. Dishwasher has power because pressing cancel causes dishwasher to start draining (even though there is no water). Door switch works because opening door prevents starting drain cycle. No other button on control panel will work except for the 'air dry' / 'lockout' button. Turning off circuit breaker for 15-30 minutes and then turning circuit breaker back on seems to fix the problems but only for a couple uses and then it stops working again. Need ad

This could be the 'fill switch', which is the level sensor. Could be a plastic tube that exerts air pressure into the tube as it fills, make sure it's clear and open. The dishwasher has a sensor that monitors the door being closed too. Some use a hig ... Dishwashers

Dishwasher will not start when pressing the start button. Timer light flashed numbers and went off. None of the lights and buttons work. Circuit breaker in electrical panel is working. Does the on/off switch need replacing, or is it possible a mini circuit board is bad? Dishwasher installed in 2000 and is used on the average once per week.

My dishwasher won't turn on and makes a high-pichted ringing noise. The problem began when our power went out during a storm. Hi In the middle of a wash cycle, my dishwasher tripped the circuit breaker on the wall. I diagnosed this by unpluggin dishwasher, plugging in a different appliance and switching circuit breaker back on. new appliance worked OK. When dishwasher had cooled, I tried it again on same circuit (which I knew was working properly). The lights came on for about three seconds, and then the circuit breaker cut back in again, so I knew it was the dishwasher that was causing the problem. Is there anyt

Bosch DW model SHU53A05UC/17 was working fine until yesterday evening. Went to turn it on and now get nothing. No lights, no power zip. It's on its own 20amp circuit. Checked the fuse and it's not blown. Flip the breaker on/off a few times anyway to make sure. I was installing a floor and used my miter saw on the sump pump circuit (diff from the DW circuit). It blew the fuse a few times. Any chance, on a diff circuit, it spiked and damaged a board in the DW? What part (part #) would

My Kenmore portable dishwasher quit working in the middle of the wash cycle. It has power going in, but no longer runs at all. I need a service manual or a troubleshooting guide. Is there a circuit breaker somewhere on it that needs to be reset? Charlie

I have a mdd8000aws dishwasher. After a power outage (2 days) the power came back on, and the bottom drawer no longer works. It still make the chiming noise when the drawer is opened, but the control panel is not fully lit up and the washer will not start in any mode. The lights seem to flicker for a short moment and then they all stay very lightly lit up. Is this just a bad control panel or is there some other circuit that needs replaced? BTW, the top drawer works perfectly.

I've tried turning of the circuit breaker for a long time (10 hours overnight) and that did not work. How can I correct this?

The reason it is doing this is because the anti flood valve is either stuck or you have a leak in the bottom of the dishwasher. if you tip it back slightly does water come out? if so you have a leak, If not take the front panel of and you will see a ... My Bosch dishwasher Model SHE44C02UC just went completley dead while washing. My wife and I were in the living room and heard a ''pop'' and went to investigate. We discovered the dishwasher was completely dead with no lights on at all. The on/off switch does not work. I checked the breaker and it is okay. Also the disposal is also on this circuit and it still works so I know the circuit is okay. There is still water in the bottom of the dishwasher - no suds - so it may have been in a rinse cycle
