Having problems with your GE 24 in. GLD5560LSS Stainless Steel Built-in Dishwasher ?

My dish washer isn't cleaning the dishes well. There are little particals inside of every cup and on dishes after it is done. I just emptied and and now I'm running it with bleach. But before I started it I looked at the drain hose under the sink. The drain hose had water in it. The drain hose is going uphill from the dishwasher to the sink so I don't know if this is normal to have some water in the drain hose when the washer completes since it's not would have to pump uphill to get to the garba

I own a build-in LG Stainless Dishwasher (modle: LDF1178ST). It stopped draining water during its recent startup due to its idle (no operation) for about a year:). I can only feel the hose full of water by touching the drain hose between the washer and the sink desposal. It's hard to check other part of dish washer since it's built in our cabinet. Could any dishwasher expert help to advise how to trouble shoot or fix this problem. Thanks, Alex Chen 571-220-7484

Shu9925uc/14 bosch dishwasher leaves standing water in the bottom of the pump. The pump seems to be bad because it wont drain out the back hose. I have run the diswasher full cycle and put the drain hose into the sink to test. It wont drain at all now and I dont hear the pump. I've had my Nautilus for 6 years and it cleans very well - but now, it won't drain fully and pools at the bottom of the unit. I have made sure that my garbage disposal was cleared first, too. and that water was draining properly in the sinks. I will need special tools to unscrew the drain filter in the dishwasher, right, or can I just use a pair of pliers to turn the little knobs? I am always careful to rinse all food off the dishes before putting them in the washer, but I guess I wasn't careful

Can I add a loop of drain hose from the floor drain up to the counter height, about 30", then back to the floor to mimic the loop that would be created by running to the sink drain?
