Dishwasher keeps running I have a Bosche dishwasher and the water keeps running. As long as we run it and don't stop it, the pump will continue to drain about every 3 minutes. The water just keeps running though. If we open it to empty the dishes, the cycle will stop. But the water keeps running, filling the tub, and then overflows, flooding the kitchen and drains through our wood floors to the basement below. Our ASKO seems to have a similar problem. I started the dishwasher, and the water ke

Our Hotpoint Dishwasher Model HDA200X-73BA has two little white plastic pipe stubs poking out of the bottom of the dishwasher. During one of the cycles--(I don't think it is the drain cycle)-- some water is being released from one of these pipe stubs and then it stops and the other one runs some water. They each only run for a few seconds, but the water is just running on the floor. These little pipe stubs are about one half inch in diameter and project out of the bottom of the dishwasher about

Frigidaire 2405 Dishwasher has a direct drain into the floor and is too far from the sink to be able to drain into the sink pipes. Can I add a loop of drain hose from the floor drain up to the counter height, about 30", then back to the floor to mimic the loop that would be created by running to the sink drain? I have been told that these new types of dishwashers require water remaining in the pipes to work properly. Thanks, John

Leaking dishwasher There is standing water in the dishwasher when it's not being used. Recently we had a garbage disposal installed and was wondering whether this may cause the water from the sink to settle in the dishwasher. Also, the water rises and leaks on the floor. We have to run a wash cycle to drain and dry out the dishwasher. What do you think the problem is?

I had a black out and the dishwasher was running at the time. The dishwasher emptied out all over the floor. when the power came back on the dishwasher was flashing an error code 4. I rang Whirlpool for assistance and they said it was over full but it was totally empty. We turned the dishwasher off at the wall hoping it would reset but it is still saying error code 4. Can you suggest something else we can do?

Dishwasher I am getting a run around with getting my LG dishwasher fixed properly. We had a tech more than once come in and look at our dishwasher. It has not been fixed and never dried the dishes properly. It is now leaking and going to a "del" level when we attempt to wash the dishes. It is also leaking on our fairly new tiled floor and under our new kitchen cabinet. Your tech stated the dishwasher was not installed properly. Leaky Dishwasher I recently moved into a new house that has a brand new Magic Chef dishwasher. We haven't even had a chance to use it, but last night discovered water leaking from the bottom onto the floor. When I opened the door, there was about 3-4 inches of water inside. I baled as much of the (slimey) water out as I could, and that stopped the leak. Now afraid to run the dishwasher for fear that it might leak even worse. E71195 Type 777-0

I have a new Ariston LKF720 dishwasher. In part of its wash cycle it is very noisy - not water noise, but a grating motor-like noise. Is there anything I can do? Is there anywhere I can watch a dishwasher do a run and listen to its noise, Ariston or other brand? We bought the present one off the floor and did not expect any problem, having had other dishwashers for years, they being quiet. The poor technician already changed the motor, but it is still just as noisy. I am even considering sellin

Now each time I run the dishwasher I get about 1-2 quarts of water on the floor. After reading the number of dissatisfied customers should I just buy a new dishwasher or keep chasing the all the problems associated with the DD-603?

My dishwasher is leaking huge amounts of foam to the floor. How can I shut off the water supply to the dishwasher? It fills slowly with water from the top (while not running), and then water spills out over the kitchen floor.
