Water level after regen is over half the way up the brine tank

Answers :

Does the level of float in brink tank matter ?
The eductor assembly is plugged. This will cause the unit to not draw brine but will keep re-filling salt tank causing high water in tank.
Take the cover off the control. On the left side of control there is small dome shaped apparatus. The"eductor assembly" is inside here. By-pass the softener, run it through a quick regeneration (to depressurize the system) Hold the regen button down until it starts through cycle, then push regen to cycle through each step of regen until it goes back to service. You will see this (S) on top of the valve where the main drive gear is.
When depressurized, take the lid off the eductor housing, disassemble and clean all the small holes completely. Be cautious of small nozzles and small screen in system as they can be easily lost.
Re-assemble, put water back to unit. Run through manual cycle again.
1. Refill
2. Backwash
3. Brine draw
4. Rinse
Then advance to backwash and let system go through complete regeneration.
You will have to bail most of the water out of salt tank as it will never draw it back down to proper level with that much water in tank. About 4" of water.

I have an LG dishwasher, model LDS 5811ww. The machine fills with water, then stops filling when the error code IE comes on. I have cleaned the inlet filter and the whole inside of the tub, by taking apart the sump filter. There is good water pressure filling the tank. When I turn off the power and restart any cycle, the pump will empty the tank, then begin filling the tank again...until it is stopped by the error code IE again coming on. The other thing I notice is the water level in the tub.

Kenmore Dishwasher model 665.1675592 doesn't seem to wash as well as it used to. Seems to have a low water level. Filler valve works, allows water in, but never seems to fill enough. No spray reaches top shelf, I think due to insufficient water level. It's like the timer doesn't stay on long enough for it to fill. Also cycle time seems WAY up, but if the timer is slow, how does it time out filling so fast? Looks like it would be slow all the time. Suggestions?

My trusty Bosch s510 Dishwasher which has been going strong for about 17 years (at least) has just decided not to empty itself. I noticed the bottom was full of water after a wash. I emptied all the water out by hand and presuming there is a blockage in the drain tried using a plunger to unblock it. I have since put it through another cycle and half way through water started leaking out of the front. At the end of the cycle the bottom of the dishwasher was again full of hot 'soapy' water. I thought it was my external drain was blocked and this was stopping the water from being pumped out of the machine. The drains have now been unblocked but when I tried to resume the dishwasher cycle ther same error appears. Please can you advise? Many thanks. Kind regards Jo
