Rinse temperature on Hobart LX-30 won't go above 140 degrees

\015 Used to work perfectly, now it won't heat the rinse water hot enough (like to 160-180) that it used to do. We're 150 miles from the nearest Hobart service tech who hasn't been too helpful about coming out. We're trying to figure out how to adjust it or if we need a new element\015

Hobart LX30 Hey I just bought a Hobart Lx30 and we don't have a power source that can handle the 50 amp requirement. We got it at an extremely good price so we are trying to work around it. I was told that disconnecting the water heater would allow it to work in a standard 120 volt outlet. I did that and now I have another issue. The machine wont run unless the water is 160 degrees. How do i disconnect the sensor that restricts the temp so that I can run the machine at a lower temp?

Hopefully you took the suggestion to run the correct 50 amp 208-240 service to the unit.Converting the unit to an LX30C has a couple of pitfalls. The LX30C is connected directly to the incoming water supply, which should run 120-140 degre ... Hobart 24 in. LXIH-3 Built-in Dishwasher

We have and older Jackson model 10 AB at church, used 10 to 20 times per year. The pump motor quit this summer and was replaced by a local appliance service company. About $700 job. Upon using it recently, the first time since the new pump was installed, the RINSE cycle seems very anemic, that is, low volume and low spin rate. The dishes were not completely rinsed. Temperature was correct, 185 degrees. The service person came back to look with no improvement and now the Heaters will not co

Hobart 24 in. LXIC fails sanitizer tests. The sanitizer pump is pumping out about 4-5 ml per rinse when I remove the tube at the 90 degree tube fitting. According to specs it should be about 3 ml of 8.5% solution so it seems to be providing more than enough yet the test strips show nothing.

I thought it was designed for domestic bleach at 5.25%, and looking for a solution of 50 ppm of sanitizer and rinse water. Either the elbow is blocked, or the silicone tube in the pump has collapsed. Use rubber gloves and face protection when working ... Hobart 24 in. LXIC-5 Built-in Dishwasher

My Dishlex global 300's rinse light is flashing after 5 mins use. About 2 inches of water stays at the bottom of the washer. Bought this second hand and it has not been used for a few months. If you have had the problem of the washer starting its program and then stopping after 5 minutes and the rinse light flashing I would appreciate your advice. Cheers Hyph
