Trips mains fuse when switching on

\015 When the dishwasher is switched on the house mains circuit breaker is tripped. Changed 13amp fuse but continued to trip, any ideas????\015

Disconnect the heating element,remove lower panel and take the 2 wires off the heater and tape.Reset the breaker and turn it on,if it's ok you know the heaters bad if not let me know.

The dishwasher is cutting out the mains rcd switch when running? This happened during an intensive wash now as soon as you switch the on switch it trips the cut out! I have checked the both pumps for earth or neutral leaks and also the the heater but all seem fine.
